RESERVATION POLICY: You have to be 25 years old and present a valid photo ID to check-in. Our room rates are subject to change. Reservations should be paid with CREDIT or DEBIT cards. Upon check-in, a charge will be made on your credit or debit card for the total remaining amount of the room and tax.
BEACH TAG POLICY: 2 Beach tags are included with your stay and are due back at 11 AM on the day of checkout. Failure to return beach tags will result in a charge of $40 per tag.
CANCELLATION POLICY: To cancel a reservation, please call us at 609-399-8744. All reservations are non-refundable.
ROOM and SMOKING POLICY: Property damages or missing items will be charged to your credit card at market value. We are not responsible for the packages or their contents or their storage of them. From 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. the whole property goes into hush mode for what we like to call quiet time (or sleep time). We are not pet-friendly either. The Cove is a non-smoking property. This applies to all electronic delivery systems and any variations regardless of the product’s name. Any smoking in the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in a $250 room cleaning fee.
PARKING POLICY: We offer parking on the premises. By parking a vehicle at our facility, you are doing so on your own accord. Vehicles must be registered with the front office and have valid parking tags displayed otherwise the vehicle will be subject to fines and towing. Only one vehicle is allowed per room. The hotel does not take responsibility or accept liability for damage, accident, or loss to your vehicle or personal property.
POOL POLICY: The pool hours are from 9 AM-8 PM. There is no lifeguard on duty, so guests may use the pool at their own risk. No smoking is allowed while in the pool area.
GUEST SAFETY POLICY: Employees will not disclose the identity or room number of a guest to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement. Safety cameras are used throughout the premises, and anyone on our property may be recorded. The hotel assumes no responsibility or liability in Covid-19-related incidents. The hotel is operating under CDC guidelines and procedures.
