Failure of sending 50% deposit are automatically deleted without prior notice.
Late checkout will be charged 500 peso every 30minutes late.
50% deposit on whole stay confirms the booking.

Guest are obliged to paid all the remaining balance of reservation.
Deposits & full payments are non-refundable..
You will be given a 1 month period in which to use the funds.
You will be subject to rate and seasonal rate increases.
Refunds will be reviewed on a case -to-case basis
It is up too you to prove mitigating circumstances causing your cancellation.
Balance must be paid in full 96 hours before arriving unless other arrangements have been discussed. Otherwise a No-Show status may be applied and your booking forfeited..
