BEAT. Arts Hostel is a funky design hostel created in a classical 2 storey Singapore shophouse in the heart of Singapore’s vibrant Chinatown district. Our neighbourhood is a blend of great restaurants, bars and cafes, ancient Temples and Mosques alongside unique Chinese markets and shops all conveniently located within a few steps of major transportation network including bus and train (MRT). We are a unique hostel in Singapore to showcase artists and their unique artwork can be seen in many of our living and sleeping areas. Our air-conditioned rooms are designed with comfort, convenience and privacy in mind. Each guest is free to use the WIFI and an in-room individual locker for keeping personal belongings secured. Your bed is equipped with personal bedside reading lamp and power point.

Terms and Conditions
2. Maximum length of stay is 7 nights. The hostel reserves the right to cancel your reservation for any nights beyond the maximum stay limit.
3. Cancellations are not allowed once reservation has been confirmed. You are advised to postpone the dates instead.
4. Any changes to existing reservations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Please email the property to request for any changes. All changes are subject to availability and consideration of the management.
Check-In:
1. Check-in time is 3pm onwards. Early check-in is only available from 11am onwards. Also subject to availability and an extra $10/person.
2. For arrivals after 7pm, please check your email a day before arrival for self-check-in instructions.
Check-Out:
1. Check-out time is strictly before 11am.
2. If you wish to have a late check-out, you have to inform reception beforehand.
Late check-out from 11am to 1pm: $30/person
