Property and Cancelation Policies :
Reservations that include the night of 12/31/24 are subject to a separate booking and cancellation policy. All reservations that include these this night will be prepaid at time of booking (credit card to be charged within 24 hours of booking). Reservations are subject to a 72 hour, prior to day of arrival, cancellation or modification policy for a full refund. After 72 hours, 1 night stay will be held as a fee.

Upon check-in, an authorization hold of $250 will be secured on the credit/debit card provided for any incidental charges you may incur during your stay.
Additional Person Fee: There is an additional charge per guest per night over two guests (ages 18+) per room. Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted. For the most up to date fee, please select a date and room. Please note, as of Feb. 1, 2024, guests must be 18+ and up to stay at Hotel SoJo or visit SoJo Sa Club.

You agree to use all reasonable efforts not to arrange for any of these prohibited persons to stay at, use or tour any SoJo Spa Club facilities.
By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you are agreeing to both the hotel and spa general policies, as well as, the spa etiquette.
