We appreciate your preference.Our team will be charging 50% of your reservation to your credit card within the next 12 hours.If your card is rejected, we will contact you to notify you and you will have a period of 24 hours so that we can guarantee 50% of your reservation with another card or with a bank deposit. If no response is received, the reservation will be canceled.
The User may cancel the reservation through the Web or by contacting the Hotel directly 48 hours before. If you wish to modify your reservation, contact the Hotel 48 hours before. The conditions of modification, cancellation, or no-show of the reservation will appear in the purchase process specified on the Web and that the user knows and accepts expressly when making the reservation. If you make a modification or cancellation involving expenses, these will be charged directly to the card provided as a guarantee at the time of purchase. A modification shall be understood as modifying the date of entry, shortening the reservation initially reserved, or modifying the number of rooms contracted if the reservation is in the cancellation period of 48 hours in advance. The modification of the name of the user who made the reservation will be considered a cancellation. These clauses invalidate reservations with special rates, promotions, or agreements. In this case, the respective established penalty conditions will apply.
NO SHOW. 
A "no-show" is considered when the client does not show up at the Hotel on the day of check-in and has not canceled the reservation 48 hours in advance. In case of a no-show when the reservation has been guaranteed by credit card, Nukari Quinta Boutique will charge the fee indicated in the cancellation policy shown at the time of booking; in case of ensuring by cash payment, deposit or transfer, this amount will be used to cover the penalty. The charge will be issued to the credit card that the client provided to guarantee the reservation. Cancellation policies may vary according to the market and dates reserved, always shown in the secured rate's conditions of sale. When making your reservation, has opted for a non-refundable rate; the penalty would be 100% of the total amount of the stay. Nukari Quinta Boutique will notify the no-show charge by email through a document called "Proof of Cancellation."

The present terms and conditions apply to the Hotel Nukari Quinta Boutique. The use of the Web and the contracting of its services implies the acceptance by its users and/or clients of the General Conditions of Contracting, Specific Conditions defined in the purchase process, and the Privacy Rules. By accessing and using the Web, the user agrees to accept the conditions below, so it is recommended to read this section carefully before starting. Nukari Quinta Boutique reserves the right to change, modify, add, or delete part of the Conditions at any time and to make changes to the services without prior notice.     
I. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY. Nukari Quinta Boutique is not responsible for any damages or losses arising from access, use, or misuse of the contents of the Web; the use of the Web is at the user's own risk.  II. LIABILITY FOR CONTENT. Nukari Quinta Boutique is not responsible for any discrepancies that may arise between the version of its printed documents and the electronic version of the same advertised on the Web.    
III. AGE OF AGE AND LEGAL CAPACITY. The user declares that they are of legal age (over 18 years or 21 years in some jurisdictions) and have the legal capacity to control the Services offered on the Website under the Conditions which they understand and fully understand. In case of contracting by a minor, Nukari Quinta Boutique will not be responsible, and the minor himself, his parents, or guardians must assume the costs and consequences that this may cause. The contract reservation's conditions and price are expressly determined in the purchase procedure; Nukari Quinta Boutique reserves the right to change prices upon notification to the user. Once the contract is made, Nukari Quinta Boutique will send the user by e-mail the vouchers and/or documents applicable to the specific reservation. These Conditions, the specific conditions of sale of the rate booked by the user and the voucher or booking request, express the obligations between the parties.    
V. RATES AND BILLING. The price breakdown will show the final price of the contracted Service, indirect taxes, or any other fee or tax applicable in the country where the Service is provided. The prices related to the reservation of the services are indicated before and during the reservation. Prices are expressed per room, number of persons, and the selected date. The prices are confirmed to the user with all taxes included in the commercial currency of the Hotel (which, in some instances, may be different from the local currency of the Hotel) and are valid only for the period indicated on the Website. All reservations, regardless of origin, must be paid in the Hotel's currency unless otherwise specified by the Hotel. At the moment of check-in at the Hotel, it is necessary to present or share the valid tax ID and to elaborate on the established format for invoice requests in each one of the consumption centers that integrate Hotel Nukari Quinta Boutique; your invoice will be generated for the total amount paid, with the method of payment by which it was made and will be delivered within 78 hours after your departure. 
VI. PAYMENT METHODS. Nukari Quinta Boutique will indicate in the reservation form the available payment method. The user must make the payment through any of the payment methods offered. The payment methods offered may be the following:
* Payment by credit or debit card. This method of payment is in a single exhibition for the total or remaining amount of the services purchased. If, for any reason, the charge is not effective, it is possible to change the form of payment to cash, deposit, or transfer; otherwise, it will be treated as a cancellation of the reservation. The reservation payment will be made with the limits, terms, and conditions agreed upon 48 hours before arrival; in case of modification, "no show," or cancellation, the user must pay the total reservation amount. If you accept payment by credit card, you must present the card upon arrival at the Hotel.     
*Payment in cash. This payment method is made directly at check-in on the day of your reservation; in this method, your reservation is previously guaranteed with a credit card, which will be verified 48 hours before your arrival to ensure the payment of your reservation in case of no show. 
*Payment by deposit or transfer. In this mode of payment is necessary to contact the sales department at cell 311-142-81-78, to be provided with updated bank details; after this, we receive proof of full or partial payment of 50% of the total amount of services purchased for the validation process.

IX. STAY AT THE HOTEL. The User accepts and agrees to appropriately use the room and Hotel facilities. Any behavior contrary to good manners and public order may allow the Hotel to ask the User to leave the establishment without compensation or refund if a charge has already been made. 
X. VALIDITY OF OFFERS. The Web offers will only be valid when they remain accessible to the Users for their effective contracting through the established purchase process.   
XI. JURISDICTION. These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and applied under the laws of the State of Nayarit, Mexico.
