🏝️ Hello! Thanks for showing interest in staying with us. Our hostel was brought to life by the idea of having a very special retreat for the intrepid travellers of Siquijor Island.
We can’t wait to show you our beautiful island! 🏝️
✨ Please carefully note the type of room you are booking. We offer female-only dorms, male-only dorms and mixed dorms. We will not be able to issue any refunds on late cancellations for incorrect bookings. ✨
What you get when you stay with us:
- FREE to join our famous family dinners every day. We take you out to some of our favourite curated spots in San Juan with other hostel guests. We might also join you out for some drinks after. Please note that the family dinners are held outside of the hostel and require either a scooter ride or a tricycle ride. You are welcome to self-drive or split the cost of a tricycle to our dinner spot.
- FREE morning snacks every day. This includes toast with a selection of jams, peanut butter and a special local pastry.
- FREE coffee and tea. We source our coffee beans from the Mountain Province of the Philippines - up north! We offer free flowing brewed coffee throughout the day.
- FREE towel. First one is on us!
- FREE lessons with scooters, whether you need a refresher or are a first-time rider. We will teach you the basics so you can decide if this is the right form of transportation for you.
- FREE luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. You are welcome to leave your belongings with us if you arrive early or have a late ferry to catch.
Highlights:
- *LOCATION* - We are about a 5 minute walk to the famous Paliton Beach. While there are a few cafes, restaurants and convenient stalls within walking distance please note that we are NOT in the centre of San Juan. The walk to central San Juan is about 2 km or a short 5-minute scooter ride.
- Heard of the infamous power outages of Siquijor? Worry not, our property is now equipped with a generator set to keep our power as uninterrupted as possible.
- Our property is connected to the PLDT Fiber line for internet. By October 2024, we will also have Starlink as a backup source.
- For cellular networks, Smart & TNT are the best sim cards for the district of Paliton.
- Our staff are experts of Siquijor and we pride ourselves in knowing the ins and outs of the island. We will help you plan your visit and ensure you have a great time!
- For your safety, we are staffed 24/7 with a night security.
FAQ:
What time is check-in?
We guarantee your bed to be available by 03:00 PM. If you arrive in the island earlier and your bed is not available, you are more than welcome to pre check-in and store your luggage with us, relax in our gazebo, have a drink or use some of the hostel’s facilities.
What time is check-out?
Our standard check-out time is at 11:00 AM. This just means your room should be vacated by this time. We are happy to store your luggage if you plan to explore the island further.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can make changes to your reservation without penalties until 2 days prior to your arrival.
For example, if you have a booking on January 3, the last day to make any changes without penalties is January 1. Otherwise, a 1-night charge applies.
How do we get to your property?
We are en route Big Paliton Beach (note that there are two entrances to Paliton Beach - we are on the bigger side).

Can my friends and I stay in the same room?
While we will make the effort to accommodate guests booked under the same reservation to be in the same room, please note that we are unable to guarantee this. We assign beds based on what is available on the day of your arrival.
How can we book as a group?
We consider a booking of 4 or more guests travelling in the same party as a group. In order to maintain the hostel’s ambience, bookings made by groups require prior approval.
As a group, we require a deposit of the two night's total. We will send you all the information for the deposit upon confirmation of your booking.
For group cancellations, we require a 5-day notice prior to arrival in order to get full deposit refund.
Do you accept booking for families with kids?
Please note that we only accept guests ages 18 years and older.
Are the toilets and showers en-suite?
Please note that our shared toilets and showers are housed in a separate building.

While we are staffed 24 hours daily, our reception team is only available from the hours of 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please advise us if you are arriving outside of the reception hours so we can better assist you.

If you do not arrive on the day of your check-in prior to 11:59 PM we will consider your booking as a no show. We will be unable to guarantee your bed and your reservation will be automatically cancelled. Any deposits made for your booking will be forfeited and we will be unable to issue any refunds.
