Property and Cancelation Policies :
- To cancel a reservation, the guest must send a cancellation request stating the reservation number via email to the following address: info@eldoradoapartments.com.au
- Reservations are free of charge 7 days prior to 2pm of the check-in date.
- Cancellations received within 7 days prior to check-in will not be refunded or credited, and will be charged in full.
- In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non- refundable.
Terms and Conditions
Reservation Policy
We will charge your credit card when the free cancellation time ends. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if the card is not chargeable and you cannot be contacted by phone or email. We will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after canceling your booking.
Pre-authorisation Policy
First night of the accommodation will be pre-authorised with the provided credit card after booking. If the booking is cancelled before free cancellation ends, the full amount charged will be refunded on the date of cancellation.
Photo Identification Policy
A valid government-issued photo identification of all guests must be provided at the time of check-in. Fail to do so may cause a booking cancellation. A valid Australian driver's license, Australian issued proof of age card or an international passport are all acceptable forms of photo identification. This ID may be copied and securely stored as record that we have verified who you are and your authority to use your credit card as a combat to increasing credit card fraud. As per our privacy policy, any personal information contained on the collected identification will not be on-sold; will be securely stored and carefully disposed of at the end of its usefulness.
Payment Policy
The complete payment is required upon check-in.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of $200 will be authorized on the provided credit card during check-in and will be refunded to the same credit card on the day of check-out.
Right To Refuse Entry
El Dorado Apartments reserves the right to refuse entry to guests who have caused damage or disruption to it and its guests and have been evicted from other accommodation providers for any reasons including criminal behaviour.
Extending Your Stay
After you have booked your stay with us, you can extend your stay (depending on availability) by simply letting us know before you arrive.
If you are already staying with us and you would like to stay longer, please let us know at least 24 hours before your check- out date. We will do our best to accommodate your new plans and this can include relocating you to a similar apartment should this be necessary.
Room Policy
We want you to have a great time when you are here. But if things get too crazy, we go by the old-school rule of ‘you break it, you buy it’ and property damages or missing items will be charged to your credit card at market value. Pre-existing damages or room issues must be reported to us immediately after registration to avoid responsibility and potential charges.
Our quiet time is 22:00 to 08:00. Please keep the noise to minimum so that all the guests on site can have a peaceful night.
Smoking Policy
El Dorado Apartments is 100% smoke free. Failure to comply may result in a penalty charge of $1,800.00.

Parking Policy
Unless otherwise agreed, vehicles must be driven off upon check-out. Unattended vehicles will be subject to towing at the expense of the guest.
Pet Policy
El Dorado Apartments does not allow any pets in the apartments. A $200 cleaning fee will be claimed if pets will be accommodated in the apartments without permission.
Guest Safety Policy
Please Note:
Immediate termination of your stay is possible if the following (but not limited to) occur:
- More guests stay in the property than agreed
- Excessive noise is made during 22:00 to 08:00
- Sub-letting the property you have booked (or giving it to other people). The number of people residing in the apartment should be the same as confirmed in the booking. Accommodation for additional guests may be requested. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation, without refund, if an unconfirmed number of people stay overnight in the apartment
- Any incident for which the police need to be called onto the premises
- Any behaviour posing a safety threat (Including Physical and Verbal abuse and or assault) to our staff and guests
- Overcrowding – when the numbers of persons in the room exceeds the maximum occupancy for the room type reserved
- Ignoring advice to reduce excessive noise (music and or other noise)
- Intoxication and unsavoury behaviour
- Smoking within the room ( a cleaning fee and loss of potential revenue for the night(s) will also apply)
