Lightwater Cove on Salt Spring Island is an oceanfront guesthouse, farm and nature sanctuary to delight your senses and refresh your soul. Facing the ocean and ensconced in tall fir forest, the farm and abundant orchards are both wild and artfully cultivated. Guesthouse rooms offer expansive ocean views and island-crafted beds. From your first breakfast to the last sunset, Lightwater Cove is a getaway you’ll never forget.
As a newly opened guesthouse, Lightwater Cove is upgrading its outdoor areas this year, including the finishing of stonework and the construction of a saltwater pool, hot tub and pond system.
There is no construction on weekends, when guests are accomodated here. The upgrades are scheduled for completion by mid June 2023, at which point we will open full time for visitors.
