CANCELLATION POLICIES:
1- There is no cash refund (deposit).
2- Modification of dates:
*Date changes are made at least 5 days in advance of the arrival date subject to availability and within a period of no more than 4 months from the arrival date.
* A second date change applies a penalty of 20% of the net value. (Only 2 date changes are made, otherwise the reservation is completely canceled without advance payment validity).
3- Reservation cancellation:
* It is done at least 3 days before the arrival date.
* No cash refund is made, the advance paid remains valid for 6 months from the date of cancellation of the reservation.
4- Cancellation on the same day of arrival, the reservation is completely canceled and no advance payment validity applies.
5- If you do not show up on the day of your arrival (NO SHOW), the reservation is completely canceled and the advance payment does not apply.
6- If you wish to check out before the date (early departure), no refund is made and the reservation is cancelled.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT REGISTRATION:
* The reservation is paid when checking in. (Cash and card payment accepted)
*It is required to present 1 official identification (Ine, Passport, etc.) at the time of check-in, as well as a telephone number to inform the guest of any situation that may arise during their stay.
*Check in time is from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. (only during this time).
*Check out time is at 12:00 (15 minute tolerance, after that time an additional charge of $150 pesos per hour applies).
*Late check outs will depend on the hotel's availability and apply an additional charge of $150 per hour or, if applicable, the payment of a full night.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1- The Hotel requests a payment of 50% of your total stay at the time of booking; This payment is necessary since this way your reservation is guaranteed. It is made through bank transfer or deposit.
*The hotel will contact the guest by message or email to provide bank details.
*The waiting time to make your advance payment is 24 hours from making your reservation; After the time of not making the advance payment, the reservation will be cancelled.
2- The hotel does not have parking, if you bring a car you can park on the side street of the park. (The hotel is not responsible for damage or theft caused to your vehicle).
3- The hotel is located inside the Candelaria park, you have to enter by walking about 50 meters.
4- Breakfast is not offered; We do not have a restaurant.
5- It is the responsibility of the Guest who signs the registration book to inform his or her roommates about the hotel's policies, rules and regulations.
6- Hotel and Reception hours are from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm
7- Pets are not allowed
8- No smoking inside the Rooms or in common areas.
9- Carry your key at all times, any loss of it will be worth $250 pesos.
10 - Room cleaning schedule from 9:00 am to 12:00; If the room is not free, cleaning is no longer carried out. (You can request clean towels or amenities that you require at reception).
11- Room changes are not made if the guest has already used the assigned room.
12- Any damage caused to towels and sheets such as makeup stains, blood, food, feces, will have an additional cost.
13- Any loss or damage to the TV and Air Conditioning controls will have an additional cost.
14- Pool hours from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. (for the exclusive use of guests).
15- The hotel requires a quiet time (rest) in the facilities from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Moderate the volume of the television.
16- Entry to the rooms of unregistered people is prohibited. Visits to guests are only allowed until 9:00 pm.
17- It is prohibited to introduce alcoholic beverages.
18- The hotel is not responsible for objects lost or forgotten in the facilities.
19- If you require a tax invoice, request it at reception when making your payment; Provide updated CSF and email;
