About this reservation:At time of booking this reservation, your credit card will be charged for 50% of the room rate plus applicable taxes, immediately.
You may cancel your reservation free of charge before 11:59 PM local hotel time:
up to 7 days before arrival - June 1st to October 31st
up to 14 days before arrival - November 1st to December 18th
up to 30 days before arrival - December 19th to May 31st
Reservations Cancelled less than the abovementioned period (7/14/30 days before arrival) will result in a penalty of 50% of the booked nights per your reservation, rendering the deposit non-refundable. No Shows (meaning your arrival date passes without you arriving, nor communicating with us prior to) will be subject to non-refundable charge of 100% of the booked nights per your reservation.
**We will offer to change your reservation dates free of charge in the event you have proven positive COVID-19 test results. New dates are subject to availability and rate differences**
With proof that your flight was cancelled for reasons of a hurricane in St. Lucia, or if there is a hurricane warning in St Lucia for any of your dates of travel, 100% of your deposit will be refunded

Listed below are the resort policies and procedures, please read them carefully.
By reading and acknowledging your hotel registration card at check-in or by booking a reservation on our website, or through our on-line partners, you are agreeing to abide by all our resort policies and procedures and accepting all responsibility for the reservation.
Check-in is any time after 3PM. Guest will be required to present a valid piece of government issued photo ID.
Check-out is at 11 AM. If you require a later check-out, please contact us before 9 pm the day prior of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate. Early and late check-ins and check-outs, are not guaranteed. Charges will be applicable.
Smoking is prohibited at inside of your room all times. If evidence of smoking is detected in your room, a daily cleaning fee of $250.00 will be applied plus any additional damages.
Guests must be 21 years or older to check in without a parent or legal guardian. A valid government issued photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification. The property is not suitable for children under the age of 12 and children under the age of 12 are therefore not permitted on the property without explicit permission in writing from management.
NO IN-ROOM PARTY POLICY
NO PARTYING ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. To ensure the enjoyment and to protect the hotel and our guests, this policy is strictly enforced. In the event of a disturbance one warning will be given to reduce noise. If this warning is not followed, the guest will forfeit all fees and must leave the hotel immediately.
In order for guest accommodations to be confirmed, at the time of check in all sufficient credit credentials for payment must be provided.
When a debit or credit card is presented for authorization, please be advised that a pre-authorization will be taken. Any applicable guest room charges, and taxes will be placed on the authorized credit card.

If determined that damages have taken place at the Hotel by the Guest, the Hotel reserves all right to deduct from the Security Deposit/Pre-Authorization. The Guest also acknowledges and agrees that the Security Deposit amount will not limit the right of the Hotel to exercise or pursue any remedy available in law or in equity for breach of this agreement, including, but not limited to, damages on appliances or finishes, furniture, or any other costs or losses resulting from the negligence of the Guest.
The Guest hereby also agrees that any lost or damaged keys, TV remotes, blow dryers, irons, will be replaced at Guest(s) cost and will be deducted.
RESERVATION & PRICING
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error. We also reserve the right to cancel and refund any reservation under any circumstance.
GUEST CONDUCT & MANAGEMENT'S RIGHTS
It is agreed that the Guest will conduct him/herself in a respectable manner towards other guests and staff members, and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the Hotel premises. In case of breach of Hotel Rules and Management Policies by the Guest, the Hotel Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the Hotel forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the Guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the Hotel Management has the right to remove luggage and belongings from the room occupied by the Guest. Failure to follow instructions can result in Police & Government intervention, at the cost of the Guest.
