WHEN YOU BOOK DIRECT WITH US THERE IS NO CANCELLATION FEE up to 48 hours prior to your arrival. All cancellations or amendments made after 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee equal to 1 night’s accommodation. In peak periods if you cancel within 72 hours of your arrival day the full amount of your stay will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee your reservation.Failure to arrive on your scheduled arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 1 night’s accommodation.

All cancellations or amendments made within 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee equal to 1 night’s accommodation. Failure to arrive on your scheduled arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 1 night’s accommodation.
For peak periods the full amount of your accommodation will be charged to credit card.
We may use third-party service providers to process your personal information on our behalf for the purposes of this booking. For example, we may share some information about you with these third parties so that they can contact you directly by email (for example: to obtain post stay reviews about your travel experience).
For public holidays, Easter, Festivals and over Christmas/New Year period a 50% deposit is required upon making your reservation with the balance due at check out. A four week cancellation period applies at these times of year.
