Choose from (20) 1-bedroom units, with either a king bed or 2 queen size beds, or (4) 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2-story townhouses or a 2-bedroom, 1.5 bath unit. All units fully equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, linens, towels, dishware, coffee maker, complimentary coffee, shampoo, lotion, and an electric fireplace. Pet & Kid friendly (please note there is a $25 pet fee per day). Close to Sunrise Ski Resort for winter skiing and snowboarding, and close to National Forest for hiking, fishing, hunting. Just 1 mile from public PGA golf course and horseback riding (summer only). Great setting for family reunions, wedding lodging, and corporate vacations.

Property and Cancellation Policies :
- If the guest cancels more than 2 days in advance, the total amount of the reservation will be refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 2 days in advance, the prepayment is 100% non-refundable.
- In case of a “no-show”, the total price of the reservation is non-refundable.
- There is only one way in which we can acknowledge cancellation of the guest’s reservation; the guest MUST send a cancellation request stating the reservation number via email to the following address: support@buckspringsresort.com
- All cancellations are confirmed via email immediately after the reservation has been cancelled.
- Any reservation that is longer than one week will automatically be charged 50% up front for the deposit. Full payment will be taken 14 days prior to arrival date.
