Terms and Conditions
When you make a reservation, your credit card is used as a payment guarantee. The total amount of your stay will be charge upon your arrival. You may cancel your reservation without fees 48 hours before the reservation date. The first night of your stay will be charged on your credit card if you do not cancel your reservation within the delays.
You may request a chip key at the front desk if you wish to go out after opening hours. This key will allow you to enter the hostel at any given time. A 20$ fee may be charge if the key is not returned at your departure.
HI Canada's code of conduct
To assure a confortable stay at the hostel, the clients need to behave in a reasonable and respectful maner. No disturbing behavior is tolerated. The clients may be ask to leave the hostel, if they do not respect the code of conduct. In this case, all expenses would need to be paid immediately.
Parking
There are free available parkings. It is however forbidden to park in the streets during the winter season from Novembre to March.
