Property and Cancelation Policies :
From May 15th - October 15th our cancellation policy is we require seven days notice prior to your arrival date to cancel your booking and be eligible for a refund. No refund after the 7 days prior to your arrival. A deposit of one night + taxes is required at the time of booking for all reservations. The remainder of the balance will be processed 6 days prior to your arrival date.
Off Season Policy:
From October 16th - May 14th We require 72 hours notice prior to your arrival date to be eligible for a refund. No refund for any cancelations after 72 hours prior to your arrival date. A one night stay + taxes is required at the time of booking for all reservations. The remainder of the balance will be processed 72hrs prior to your arrival.
Terms and Conditions
Maximum Capacities - Bylaws on capacities are strictly enforced in Prince Edward County. If it is found or suspected that you are over capacity you will be evicted without refund immediately and could be subject to fines.
Prices and Taxes - NIGHTLY RATES Exclusive of 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) AND 4% Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT)

Payment and Terms - One night stay + taxes is required at the time of booking.
$150 SECURITY DEPOSIT is authorized FOR DAMAGE, MISSING ITEMS, AND IN THE EVENT THAT EXTRA CLEANING IS NEEDED TO RE-RENT THE UNIT.
ONCE THE UNIT HAS BEEN INSPECTED AND INVENTORY IS TAKEN A CHARGE MAY BE TAKEN DEPENDING ON THE CONDITION OF THE UNIT.

Smoking - Cribs units are all Non-Smoking. $200 will be charged for non-compliance. You may smoke responsibly outside of your unit.
Dogs - Only 1 dog is permitted per unit per stay, and the dog MUST NOT be left in the unit alone barking. This may result in immediate eviction without refund. There will be an extra Pet cleaning Fee of $30.00 charged to your accommodations. Please let us know at time of booking if you will be brining your dog. Please read our Dog policy email that will be provided to you prior to check-in.

Parking - Parking is free and in front of or near your suite.
Dispute Resolution/Problems - All disputes will be directed to the Manager and Owner.
