Within a few minutes walk you can reach the Santa Maria Novella train station the historic center of Florence and the main museums, historic churches, markets as well as the Fortezza da Basso fair area and congress palace of Florence.
Our B&B is in front of the new tram lines stop that connects our location with the train station in a superbly short 3min ride and with the Peretola ( Amerigo Vespucci ) Airport in just a 15min ride.

- Non registered guests can be introduced in the rooms exclusively during day time and only upon request, document for registration will be required.
Cancellations and/or modifications are FREE OF CHARGE if requested within the terms specified above and should be communicated by e-mail or phone call
to our staff which is available from 09:00 to 20:00 every day.
Cancellations/modifications are accepted as per our cancellation policy.
For no/show or late cancellation the full amount of the reservation will be charged as penalty fee.
For not refundable rates your credit card details will be used to process the payment for the reservation at the time of booking.
Surcharge Policy
Florence Municipality Tourist Tax (City Tax) : EUR 4,00 per person per night , for a maximum of 7 nights, to be paid at time of arrival in cash due to government policy. A copy of the circular can be requested and accessed upon check-in.
