Please note that Ponta View Hotel is a new hotel located in the small village of Ponta D’Ouro in southern Mozambique. It is also made up of 4 apartments and 8 luxury suites with sea views. This adds to the high demand for the hotel.
Terms and conditions:
· If you fail to secure your reservation within the allocated time the accommodation is available and free to be sold to another guest in need. Only reservations secured with pre-deposit are reserved.
· Check-in starts from 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm unless booked in advance.
· Check-out is 10:00
· Late check-outs are available upon request or availability of occupancy.
· Please check with the Hotel reception at least 24 hours before your departure about late check-out availability. A half-day room fee may be charged for late check-out between 12:00 and 6:00 pm and a full-day room fee may be charged for late check-out after 6:00 pm.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Notice must be given by the customer of their intention to cancel, refunds will be given as set out below. (Refunds will only be considered if all payments were received by the above payment schedule)
In high and peak seasons such as Christmas, Easter, school holidays and any other holidays as stated by hotel authorities;
· Reservations canceled 90 Days or more prior to arrival will incur a 10% fee.
· Reservations canceled 60 Days to 89 Days prior to arrival will incur a 20% fee
· Reservations canceled 30 Days to 59 Days prior to arrival will incur a 30% fee.
· Reservations canceled 15 Days to 29 Days prior to arrival will incur a 50% fee.
· Reservations canceled less than 15 Days prior to arrival will incur a 100% fee.
- Reservations Canceled less than 24 hours after arrival will incur a 100% fee.
In low season, other normal days;
· Reservation canceled 30 Days or more prior to arrival will incur a 10% fee.
· Reservations canceled 15 Days to 29 Days prior to arrival will incur a 30%
· Reservations canceled 2 Days to 14 Days prior to arrival will incur a 50% fee.
· Reservation canceled 1 day or a little less before arrival date will incur a 100% fee.
There are no refunds for early checkout and 'no show'.
Failure to call or show if present prior to check-out time after the first night of the reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
