Terms and Conditions
- We welcome everyone without judgment and we are expecting the same open mind from our guests. We authorize our staff to show the door to or refuse any person showing disrespectful or violent behavior.
- Check in time is 2 p.m. until 9 p.m. It varies depending on our check outs for that day, but you can expect to be settled in by around 2 p.m. If you arrive before your room is ready we will happily and securely store your bags at reception while you head to the beach in front of the property or go explore the town.
- Check out is from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. Feel free to leave your bags at reception if you are not traveling onward right away. We will keep your belongings safe.
- Reception hours are from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. You need to inform us if you want an early check out or a late check in. There won’t be anyone waiting for you if we are not previously informed of a late check in. We do not accept any check in after midnight.
- Please help us keep our planet beautiful and clean by recycling properly and composting during your stay with us. Do not throw trash on the land, please use the garbage bins.
- Identify your food in the refrigerator to avoid it being thrown out in the compost on Friday (deep fridge cleaning day).- Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or any covered common area.
- We reserve ourselves the right to add 5$ to 100$ charge to your bill if you damage property, disregard smoking signs, disturb other guests or decide not to clean up after yourself in the communal kitchen.
- We require payment of the first night 24h in advance for the reservation. You can communicate with us by Whatsapp at +506-8483-1022 if you don’t have PAYPAL or SINPE. The balance of the reservation needs to be paid at arrival. If you can’t pay right away, we will need an ID deposit until the payment is completed.
- All prices include taxes.
- A Key Deposit is required upon check in. This deposit will be refunded at check out when you return your key. You can also leave an ID instead.
- If you don’t inform us of an early check out, we reserve ourselves the right to keep your key deposit without refund.
- We accept pets on the property under the following conditions:
- We reserve ourselves the right to charge money for any damage caused by the pet.
- The animal has to be kept in cage or on a leash on the property.
- The owner is responsible to pick up after their pet. We can charge you if we find feces on the property.
- We have friendly dogs and cats on the property. We deny any responsibility in case of an incident if your animal doesn’t get along with other pet.
- DO NOT leave your animal unattended alone in a room. If you do and the dog barks constantly, we will allow ourselves to take it out of the room and will charge you a expensive fee for petsitting.
