Palaka Ocean Adventure Resort is nestled in the heart of Siargao Island's vibrant tourist area, Philippines. Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms carefully to ensure a pleasant stay. By completing your booking and agreeing to these terms, you confirm your acceptance of all policies. Be sure to review the details of your booking to ensure accuracy. All bookings are made on an accommodation-only basis, and breakfast is not included in the accommodation rate.

If you arrive earlier and the room is ready, you may check in, or you are welcome to use our common areas while waiting.

Room Occupancy Policy:

1. Each room is equipped with one king-sized bed and is designed to accommodate a maximum of 2 persons.

2. Additional guests are not allowed.

3. Babies under 2 years old can stay for free if sharing the bed with parents.

Payment Policy:

1. We accept cash payments in PHP (Philippine Peso) for onsite services.

2. Payments can be made via PayPal or bank transfer for booking confirmation.

3. A 4% surcharge applies to all PayPal transactions.

4. Reservations are confirmed once payment via bank transfer or PayPal is successfully received and acknowledged by the property.

Resort Policies:

1. Smoking is prohibited in rooms and common areas but allowed at the pool area with designated facilities for disposal.

2. Guests must follow safety precautions and heed management's warning signs, such as “Keep off the grass” and “Clean as you go.”

3. The pool is open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., exclusively for in-house guests and diving students. Children under 18 must be supervised, and no one should practice freediving alone.

4. Guests are responsible for the proper use of resort facilities. Damages caused by negligence will be charged and must be settled before check-out.

5. Parking is available only for in-house guests. The resort is not liable for vehicle damage or loss, and guests must report any incidents immediately.

6. Guests must dispose of trash properly and maintain cleanliness.

7. Pets are not allowed on the premises.

8. Guests should behave respectfully and avoid disturbing others. Management may ask disruptive guests to leave.

9. Inviting outside guests into the resort, especially into rooms, is strictly prohibited. Rooms accommodate a maximum of two people.

10. Loud parties and music are not allowed, especially after 10 p.m., to maintain quiet hours.
