These terms and conditions apply to all accommodation, experiences and packages made available by Barrel View Luxury Cabins (as trustee for the SS Torrisi Family Trust), through the property Barrel View Luxury Cabins.

By making a booking for accommodation or Experience, guests warrant they have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them subject to such changes as are notified to them.If the booking for accommodation and/or Experience is made through a third party, the terms and conditions of that third party also apply.
ACCOMMODATION
All accommodation is subject to availability. Barrel View Luxury Cabins will endeavour to provide the accommodation but reserves the right to refuse requests for bookings or actual bookings.
A 2 night minimum stay applies for all reservations booked.
Rates are per room, per night based on two-person occupancy. Maximum occupancy per room is two people.
Check in time is 2pm, and checkout time is 10am.
Pets are not allowed.

CHILDREN
Children aged under 18 years are not permitted (including newborns and infants) and Barrel View Luxury Cabins reserves the right and full discretion to not accept bookings for children within this age bracket. Should Barrel View Luxury Cabins be advised children are on the premises, Termination of Rental Agreement will be enforced
PETS
Pets ARE NOT permitted at Barrel View Luxury Cabins at any time. Should any fur friends be found on site or evidence they have been present in the accommodation, the termination and cleaning policy will apply

EXPERIENCES AND PACKAGES
‘Experiences’ or 'packages' includes any tours, transport services and activities made available through Barrel View Luxury Cabins, whether by Barrel View Luxury Cabins or by a third-party operator.
All Experiences are subject to availability, minimum participation requirements & prevailing weather conditions at the time of operation. Barrel View Luxury Cabins will endeavour to provide the Experience, or facilitate the third-party operator in providing the Experience, but reserves the right to refuse requests for bookings or actual bookings.

BOOKINGS
Accommodation and Experience/Package bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation by provision of credit card details.A booking confirmation email must be obtained. If a booking confirmation email is not obtained, the booking is not confirmed.
It is the responsibility of guests to review the booking confirmation email and promptly advise Barrel View Luxury Cabins if there are any errors or misunderstandings.
By providing credit card details, guests warrant they have the authority to use the credit card and they authorise Barrel View Luxury Cabins to charge the cost of their booking(s) to that credit card.
GROUP BOOKINGS
Barrel View Luxury Cabins reserves the right and full discretion to refuse Group Bookings & Exclusive Use requests altogether. Exclusive Use Terms & Conditions will be supplied individually.

Check-in: Barrel View Luxury Cabins is a contact-less property, with your mobile keys delivered via URL link to your mobile device. Enter the code on the manual keypad at the cabin door to gain access to your room. There are no physical keys or lock boxes to gain access to the room.
The property does not have a reception area or key lock boxes. All guest contacts are via the booking URL
Early check-in’s can be requested through your booking URL and are subject to availability and not guaranteed. To ensure each guests ultimate stay at Barrel View, please check-in between 2pm – 9pm.
Mobile Key codes are valid only for the duration of your stay Mobile keys will not work outside of the check-in & check -out dates and times of your reservation. A 30 minute grace period is given for completely vacate the room.
CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS
If travel restrictions, border restrictions or business closures due to COVID-19 prevent you from visiting Barrel View Luxury Cabins, you can receive a gift voucher for the total value paid, valid to use for 2 years from the date of cancellation.

In the event of a booking amendment or cancellation, guests are entitled to an amendment or refund of their booking deposit UNLESS one of the following applies:
- Where a booking is amended or cancelled after 5pm 14 days prior to the arrival date, the booking will not be amended or refunded.
- No amendment or refund will be granted where a booking is amended or cancelled for a stay(s) between 23rd December and 4th January inclusive; or for the part of the booking which falls between these dates.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
Credit card details will be used as the security hold for your reservation.
Charges will only be made should items be removed from room - as per below detailed items, damages & breakages and additional cleaning fees should the room be left in a excessively unkempt state
The In-room hub, guest robes, books, bed linen & pillows, coffee machine, decorative items, furniture, towels are NOT gifts and should remain in the cabin. Should these items be removed from the cabin, you will be contacted and your security deposit will be charged to your credit card.
Guest slippers, arrival wine, platters and guest soap bars are complimentary and may be removed from the cabin.
SMOKING POLICYSmoking is NOT PERMITTED in or around the Cabins, communal and building areas at any time. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name.
Barrel View is located in native bushland and can be venerable to embers from cigarettes which can result in a bushfire.
If ANY evidence of smoking is found in the Cabin or around the communal and building areas, your stay is subject to immediate termination of the rental agreement and a $400 cleaning fee.
TERMINATION OF RENTAL AGREEMENT IS POSSIBLE IF
- Guests are found smoking on the property
- More than 2 guests per cabin stay in the property. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation without refund, if an unconfirmed number of people stay overnight in the cabin
- Children (including babies and infants) stay at the property. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation without refund, if children are found on the premises
- Barrel View DOES NOT allow any pets in the Cabins. A $400 fine will be claimed if pets have accommodated in the apartments.
- Unregistered guests and visitors are found on the property
Immediate notification via your booking URL will be expected of any damages or breakages in the Cabin.
You (the Tenant) is financially responsible for any damage to the Cabin. This includes losses cause by you (The Tenant). A detailed check-out inspection will be made of the Cabin before another guest occupies the apartment. The Tenant is responsible for any damages or breakages found that are over and above normal wear and tear and usage. In this case, a detailed statement of damage along with an invoice for the repair or replacement cost will be sent via email. Any costs will be deducted from the security deposit held.

VISITORS AND UNREGISTERED GUESTS
Access to Barrel View Luxury Cabins is exclusive for registered guests only.
Should unregistered guests and visitors occupy rooms or facilities, the termination of rental agreement will apply
Barrel View Luxury Cabins has a zero tolerance policy on parties being held on the property. A party being defined as
- Any situation where the noise level from a guest room disturbs other guests.
- Any situation where it is deemed that intoxication is occurring.
- Any situation where it is identified that excessive alcohol or noise is present
In the event that any room guest is identified as having a party, Barrel View Luxury Cabins reserves the right to immediately request all occupants of the guest room up to, and including, the guest who has registered for the guest room to vacate the premises.
In the event that an eviction does occur, the registered guest will be charged for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the guest room, replacement of any furniture/fixture/fitting breakage, as well as for any required repairs.

EXTENDING YOUR STAY
After you have booked your stay with us, you can request to extend your stay with us by using your booking URL/confirmation email from Barrel View Luxury Cabins. This will be dependent on availability
If you are already staying with us and would like to stay longer, please email us at least 24 hours before your check-out date via your booking URL. We will do our best to accommodate your new plans and this can include relocating you to a similar cabin should this be necessary.
ROOM CLEANING POLICY
Room refreshes will not be offered during stays under 6 nights. Should you need fresh towels, please contact us through your Booking URL.

CHECK OUT PROCEDURE
Upon booking, Guests agree to the below check out procedures when staying at Barrel View Luxury Cabins
- All rubbish is to be removed from inside the barrel and placed into the bin outside the back door, this includes, bathroom & kitchen bins, refridgerator and any general waste left in the kitchen.
- All dishes to be washed and returned to their original place in the barrel.
- No items are to be removed or shared with another Barrel. If items are found to be missing, the damages fee applies.
- Air conditioner is TURNED OFF when vacating the room
- Door is to be locked upon exit
GUEST SAFETY
As a part of our commitment to guest safety, employees will not disclose the identity, room number or presence of a guest to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement. This includes the taking of or delivery of messages or indirect forwarding of phone calls. It is the responsibility of guests to communicate their presence and room number to any person they wish to receive visits from.Safety cameras are used on the property and anyone on our property may be recorded. Barrel View assumes no responsibility for any personal bodily injury incurred while engaging in outdoor activities on the grounds including mountain climbing, bike riding or nature walks/treks and you do so at your own risk.Barrel View is located in a Natural rural bushland environment and as such all forms of wildlife may be encountered during your stay. Should you participate in any outdoor adventures or hikes on the property grounds, you do so at your own risk.
