Terms and Conditions
**Important**
After the reservation is made through our portal. You will receive a text message to make a payment in the full amount of the reservation as well as signing the "pre check-in form". Those two items must be filled within 24 hours of the time of booking or the reservation will automatically be cancelled by the system.
Check-in and check-out
The check-in at our property begins at 3 PM. The check-in will be directly via an automatic code and it will be sent to you a day before your arrival. Shall you need to check-in early, please contact us on the day of the arrival and if possible we will facilitate this service free of charge.
The check-out in our property is at 11 AM. To check-out please gather all your belongings and close the lock after you leave. Unfortunately we cannot offer a late check-out as our housekeeping team is scheduled days before the check-out and we may have new people checking into the same unit at 3 PM.

No Party Agreement / Property Damages
For the comfort of all our guest, no parties are allowed in the property. Please beware that we have a 0 tolerance policy towards this and violating this rule may result in the eviction of the guests from the room. If any neighborhoods are violating this rule, we ask that you please contact us directly so we can speak to them directly. If we have to evict you due to noise complaints, you will be charged the full amount of your stay. Any damage done to the room or the property will be charge to the card on file. The host will provide proof of before and after pictures and charge the amount to replace any damaged goods in the property.
No Smoking Policy
We are 100% NON-SMOKING. We do not allow smoking in any of our guest rooms or corridors. Designated smoking areas are located outside of the hotel. Any room that has evidence of smoking will be charged a non –refundable fee of $100.00 and could result in the eviction of the guest. Quiet Hours We have quiet hours at our properties from 11 PM to 7 AM. We ask that you do not violate this rules to ensure the comfort of all guest. We also ask that if a neighbor is violating this rule you report it to us so we can take action as provide you with a great stay.
Pet Policy
We accept pets under 50 pounds. All pets must be approved before arrival by the host and there is a $100 non-refundable pet fee as well as a $400 refundable pet fee at check-out. Failure to report and register a pet to the host before arrival may result in eviction of the tenant.
Tenant's Indemnity
to the fullest extent permitted by law, but subject to Section 10.4 below, Guest shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Landlord and Landlord’s agents and employees from and against any and all negligence, claims, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses arising either before or after the check-in and check-out Date which arise from or are caused by Tenant’s use or occupancy of the Premises or the Building or the Common Areas of the Project.
