Terms and Conditions
- For all bookings full payment is required at the time of arrival.
- Payment upon arrival by cash only (we accept USD, EUR or LKR).
- Cancellation policy: no charge if notice is given at least 2 days (48 hours) before arrival date (not check-in time). In all other cases, 100% of the booking will be charged as a cancellation fee. This also applies to no-shows.
- Check-in times are between 2 PM and 12 AM (early check in is offered based on availability and can't be guaranteed)
- Check-out times are before 11 AM
- No refunds are given on early departures.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms and dorms.
- Food and beverages are not allowed inside the rooms and dorms.
- After 10 PM no outside visitors are allowed on the property.
- No drugs are allowed on the property.
- No pets are allowed on the property.
- Age restriction: 18+ (children are not allowed)
- Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Please respect the neighbours.
- Damages and dorms/rooms left in an unreasonable state will be charged accordingly to the guest
- The property is not responsible for any injuries and accidents caused by the guest
