In accordance with Michigan Law DO NOT tamper with the smoke detectors or remove the batteries. You will be responsible for all fines and charges incurred by the State of Michigan.
You are responsible for any damage done to your room or missing property during your stay. This includes any damage done by your pet(s). You will be charged for room damage based on the repair cost.
Pets should not be left in your room without supervision and may be removed from the premises if they are left alone and cause a disturbance.
No open flames allowed in the rooms such as candles, camp stoves, grills, heaters, and hot plates of any type.
You are allocated one parking space in front of your room. Additional parking is available behind the building.
Quiet hours are between 10pm - 7am. Please be respectful of your neighbors.
