The Sunset Lodge is centrally located in the heart of Michigan's Upper Peninsula, on US 2-41 and M35 in the Escanaba Michigan and Little Bay De Noc area. Hotel amenities include complimentary high speed internet, park at your door convenience, in-room coffee maker, microwave and mini-fridge, cable and local calls, and a game shed and fish cleaning station for our outdoorsmen! We are a pet friendly and 100% non-smoking hotel. The Sunset Lodge offers clean rooms at reasonable rates. All rooms provide A/C, Flat screen HD TVs, WIFI, refrigerators, and microwaves. In accordance with Michigan Law the Sunset Lodge is a non-smoking establishment. This includes vaping, e-cigarettes, and marijuana. A minimum cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to the guest, plus any additional costs incurred by the smoke damage, and we will not permit your return to the Sunset Lodge. Please read the entire policy posted on your room door.

In accordance with Michigan Law DO NOT tamper with the smoke detectors or remove the batteries. You will be responsible for all fines and charges incurred by the State of Michigan.

Due to COVID we will no longer automatically perform daily room service for stay over guests. You can request service by stopping by the Sunset Lodge office or letting our staff know.

You are responsible for any damage done to your room or missing property during your stay. This includes any damage done by your pet(s). You will be charged for room damage based on the repair cost.

Pets should not be left in your room without supervision and may be removed from the premises if they are left alone and cause a disturbance.

No open flames allowed in the rooms such as candles, camp stoves, grills, heaters, and hot plates of any type.

You are allocated one parking space in front of your room. Additional parking is available behind the building.

Quiet hours are between 10pm - 7am. Please be respectful of your neighbors.
