Abbey Road Farm sprawls across 82 acres in Oregon’s scenic Willamette Valley, a haven that harmonizes a working farm and vineyard. Nestled within this pastoral expanse are the elegantly converted silos that form part of the Bed and Breakfast Inn, alongside a splendid winery, a tasting room, and a versatile events venue. Rooted in a commitment to honor Yamhill County’s richness and preserve the land, the farm implements organic practices across its arable expanses, including the vineyard and produce fields. This dedication maximizes sustainable energy and aims to kindle a deeper appreciation among guests for the origins of their sustenance.

Nearly 40 acres of the property are home to 15 grape varieties, nurturing a vineyard that embodies the farm’s essence. The Silo Suites B&B, a hallmark of the West Coast, seamlessly melds three functional grain silos into luxurious accommodations. Property and Cancelation Policies :
To cancel or change your reservation, please call 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival, in which case your deposit of $100 will be refunded less a $50.00 service charge per room. Please also note that shortening your stay is considered a cancellation.  For cancellations within 30 days, the guest is responsible for the full value of the reservation. Reservations are non-transferable and proprietors reserve the right to refuse reservations or service.
Terms and Conditions

  1. Check-in and Check-out Times: Check is begins at 3:00pm on the day of your arrival.  Our Inn-Keeper will be on site from 3pm-5pm to welcome you and get you settled.  If you arrive after 5:00pm, self-check in will be available.  A welcome letter with your key, and registration paperwork will be ready for your signature.  Check-out is at 11:00am on the day of your departure.  At this time we are not able to accommodate late check out.  
  2. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests per suite.  We do not provide or allow any additional sleeping options including air mattresses, cots, pack and plays, etc.
  3. Payment Terms: A deposit has been collected at the time of reservation.  If you purchase anything from our honor bar in the lobby, please scan the QR code to pay at that time.  The remainder of your balance will be charged within 48-hours of your departure.  
  4. Parking:  Feel free to pull up to the cement pad in front of the Silos to load and unload.  Designated parking for Silo guests is marked and located along the fence just south of the Silos.  Only vehicles associated with overnight guests may remain on property overnight.
  5. Property Rules and Regulations: Please note that Abbey Road Farm is a working farm.  Please be aware of any equipment or workers and stay on designated pathways.  Please do not open any pasture gates or reach through the fences to pet or feed animals.  They are super cute, we know!  But please resist.  Smoking must be at least 10 feet away from any building and please dispose of garbage in designated receptacles.   Out of respect other guests on the property, we kindly request a quiet period between 10:00pm – 8:00am
  6. Please note, at times there may be privately rented events on property or events hosted by Abbey Road Farm.  
  7. Pets: We will accommodate small dogs for a $50 cleaning fee. All dogs must remain on a leash while on the property. This is for the safety of the resident animals, other guests and your dog.
