Riad Dar Saad offers an enchanting artistic environment divided into two large areas, each with its own unique charm.
The first courtyard welcomes you with its reception area, a serene oasis where you can check-in and feel instantly at peace. Adjacent to the reception, you'll find the indulgent Hammam, complete with tranquil massage rooms for your relaxation. Additionally, there is a shared bathroom facility available to all guests. The first courtyard is also home to the elegants double rooms, namely Timijja, Meskiya, Louisa, Karfa and Karkhidi, each exuding their own distinctive ambiance.
Stepping into the second part of the Riad, you'll discover a haven of art and peace. Here, the focal point is a splendid pool that beckons you to take a refreshing dip. Adjacent to the pool, you'll find the inviting restaurant, where delectable culinary experiences await. Furthermore, this area houses three additional restful rooms, including the enchanting African Room and the captivating Red Room.
Access to the terrace is available from both parts of the Riad, offering you flexibility and convenience. As you ascend to the terrace, you'll find yourself immersed in a haven of relaxation and entertainment. The terrace boasts two spacious sections, separated by graceful curtains, adorned with plush sofas and comfortable armchairs. A fully stocked bar awaits, ensuring that your favorite beverages are readily available. Additionally, a charming gazebo provides a perfect vantage point to soak in the breathtaking views of Marrakech. Should you desire some sun-kissed bliss, a dedicated solarium area awaits. And when hunger strikes, you'll find a designated space on the terrace where you can savor a delightful meal.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
Standard Rates: These prices are for refundable reservations. You can cancel for free up to 5 days before your arrival date. You will pay the full price of the reservation if you cancel within 5 days before the arrival date. If you do not show up, you will have to pay the full price of the reservation.
Your deposit will be refunded in case of free cancellation (less 5% for bank charges) for all modifications or cancelations up to 5 days prior to arrival. The breakfast is offered and the TVA is included in the price.
In case of offers (New year, Spring, Saint Valentin,....) : Refundable reservation up to 7 days before your arrival. The breakfast is offered and the TVA is included in the price.
In case of Weekly rate reservations (+ 6 days) : Refundable reservation up to 14 days before your arrival. The breakfast is offered and the TVA is included in the price.
In case of non-refundable reservation: To confirm your dates, we require an upfront payment of 50% of the reservation. In this type of reservation, we don't accept changes or cancelation. The breakfast is offered and the TVA is included in the price.
Terms and Conditions
Prices and Taxes: Breakfast and VAT are included in the room price. The Marrakech city taxes is separate, which amount to 2.75€ per person per night.
Payment Terms: To confirm your dates, we require a 50% advance payment of the reservation. The remaining 50% of the reservation, and city taxes will be paid upon your arrival at the Riad. The currency exchange rate is 1€ = 10.9 dirham.
Check-in and Check-out Conditions: Check-in is from 4:00 PM onwards, and check-out is no later than 12:00 PM. (You can enjoy the Riad's common areas until your departure). If your flight arrives early or late, we can accommodate you. If the room isn't ready, the Riad's common areas are available, and you can leave your luggage at the reception.
Welcome: Upon your arrival at Riad Dar Saad, you will be offered a welcome tea accompanied by Moroccan pastries.

Staying with Minors: Children of all ages can stay (only in the Suites). We also have cribs for children aged 0 to 3 years. (Upon request, and only in the Suites - We don't accept childrens in the double rooms)
Our Suites (except for the Family Suite Hadga) are designed for 3 people to ensure everyone's comfort. In some cases, exceptions can be made by adding an extra bed for children aged 1 to 16. (Please always check with the Riad to verify availability; otherwise, we cannot guarantee their accommodation with us).
Extra Beds
Children aged 1 to 5 can stay for EUR 15.00 per person per night using an available extra bed, plus €5 for an additional breakfast. Total: €20 per night.
Children aged 6 to 16 can stay for EUR 20.00 per person per night using an available extra bed, plus €5 for an additional breakfast. Total: €25 per night.
For adults aged 16 and above, the price for an extra bed is €40 per night plus €5 for breakfast, totaling €45 per night

Accessibility or Special Needs: The Riad doesn't have facilities for special needs. There are stairs throughout the Riad due to its construction, and we don't have an elevator.
Parking: Riad Dar Saad is located in the Medina of Marrakech, an area not accessible by cars or motorcycles. If you're arriving with your own car, the best option is a parking lot located a 7-minute walk from the Riad.
