Property and Cancelation Policies :
50 % deposit is due upon booking reservation.
Payment in FULL due 30 days before arrival.
$50 cancellation fee if canceled between making reservation and 30 days before arrival.
All payments are NON REFUNDABLE if cancellation happens 29/59 days or less before arrival.
All group (more than 1 cabin) reservations are a 60 day cancellation.
GROUP RESERVATION POLICY- Guests reserving multiple cabins will be subject to a non refundable deposit at the time of booking or pre-booking for the following year.
3-4 cabins $500 ,5-6 cabins $750 , 7-8 cabins $1000
Terms and Conditions
We DO NOT allow a 1 day gap between reservations. We reserve the right to contact you to make an adjustment to your dates to accommodate this policy.
30 / 60 day cancellation policy.
50 % deposit is due upon booking reservation for each cabin reserved
2 or more cabins reserved is considered a "group reservation" and requires a 60 day cancellation policy
12% Mono County Bed Tax will be added to all reservations.
A $25 per night resort fee will be added to each night rented
You will receive a text message before your arrival to register. Please click on that text and fill out the quick registration form (it takes 1 minute!) before you arrive.

Pet Policy - Dogs are ONLY allowed in Cabins 6 & 7.
The Dog Fee is $35 per night plus applicable taxes. ONLY 1 Dog per cabin. We do not allow cats or other pets.
If you are in cabins 1,3,4,5,8 or 9 and you arrive with a dog you will be required to find boarding for your dog or give up your reservation and any and all deposits and payments.
NO pets may be kept in vehicles or tied up on the porch. NO EXCEPTIONS.
You may not leave your dog in your car or in your cabin unattended FOR ANY REASON.
Your dog must be social with other dogs, cats, small children and lots of new people.
You must clean up after your dog immediately.
By booking, you authorize Big Rock Resort to send text messages and emails with details regarding your reservation information and other offers.
