Late check-out (after 10:00 AM and before 1:00 PM) may result in a fee.

Terms and Conditions
Cancellation & No Show
Guests may cancel free of charge up to 7 before reservation check in date. Full Charge - Full Stay - If cancelled within 7 days of arrival. If guest is a no show up they will be charged full price of the reservation. Upon check in reservation total is not refundable. Rate is non refundable in the case that the guest must checkout early for personal reasons.
Security Deposit:
Guest must provide credit card that will be authorized for $150 per room as a security deposit incase of incidentals. The security deposit will be voided day of guest checkout as long as there are no damages to the room.
Smoking in Rooms:
All of our rooms are non smoking. Any guests who smokes in the room will not be refunded their $150 security deposit.
Pets:
We do allow pets. There is an additional pet fee of $50 per pet and we allow a max of 2 pets.
Check in:
Check in hours are from 4pm until 11pm. Guests are required to check in between these hours or to call our front desk and make arraignments with the front desk for a late check in. Guests who do not do so will be marked as a no show.
Parking:
Parking is free but may be limited. Guests are required to display their parking passes in their cars. If not displayed the guest faces a risk to be towed at their own expense. The property is not responsible for fees associated with guests being towed.
Terms & Conditions:
Guests who are found to be excessively loud, disturbing other guests or staff, or violent towards guests or staff will be removed from the property and will not be given a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse service.
