This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:

Property and Cancelation Policies :
Room cancellation should be made at least fourteen (15) days prior to guest’s arrival. Cancellations made less that the fourteen (14) days before reserved date shall be subject to 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation made seven (7) days or less before the actual date of arrival shall be charged in 100% cancellation fee. No show will incur full period charge.
The resort shall not be liable for failure to comply with this arrangement due to force majeure, labor disputes, natural disasters or other causes beyond the control of management. Likewise, the tour Operator/Travel Agency shall not be liable if the group unable to arrive due to flight cancellations or other valid causes beyond their control.
Terms and Conditions
I. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT POLICY
Official check in time is at 1400H and official check out time is 1200H. Any request for early check in or check out must be pre-arranged and is subject to management discretion based on room availability and occupancy. A cash deposit per room for incidentals and key shall be collected upon check-in which will be refunded upon departure.
II. DEPOSIT / PREPAYMENT
Fifty percent (50%) deposit within 24 hours upon reservation will be required to confirm the reservation. Should you fail to pay the deposit requirement within 24 hours upon reservation, the resort reserves the right to cancel reservation without prior notice, unless prior arrangements have been made. Full payment for each room reserved is required at least seven (7) days prior to arrival shall be made by the guest. The resort reserves the right to cancel reservation of any reserved rooms that haven't been fully paid for.
III. FORCE MAJEURE
The resort shall not be responsible to the guests for its failure to abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement in case of fortuitous events, labor disputes or any conditions beyond control.
IV. BILLING ARRANGEMENT
Payment for room charges will be made payable to ALTA ROCA RESORT, INC. Incidental charges of the individual guest’s must be paid directly to our Front Office Cashier prior to check out. Payment can be made in cash only. Personal check and Credit/Debit cards will not be accepted.
Telegraphic/Bank transfers shall be made to the account hereinafter specified, with a copy of the remittance advice with proper bank validation delivered to the resort via email at frontdesk@altaroca.com.ph or reservations@altaroca.com.ph

V. WAIVER
I understand that there might be NO LIFEGUARD on duty and that I shall be held responsible for my personal and my guest(s) safety while using the swimming pool. I fully understand that there are risk involved in the use of swimming pool facilities such as injury or even death, and to avoid such incident. I will not, and my guests/colleagues do unnecessary actions and follow the rules.
* No drinking of alcohol, No Smoking and No bringing of food, No glass ware or bottle within the swimming pool area
* No running and No horseplay, No Diving and No Jumping in the swimming pool, Kids must also be accompanied at all times by an adult!
* Free open parking available for all guest(s), but be informed that parking shall be at your own risk hence any valuable(s) shall not be left inside the vehicle.
Note: Kindly expect ongoing resort improvements thus some areas will be closed.
