Terms and conditions 
Special check-in instructions: We are a contactless hotel, and your digital room key and code will be provided to you via email and/or text message immediately following your booking and payment. Please arrive after 3pm and go straight to your room. Please message us directly through our website if further instructions or amenities are needed. Should it be needed, our staff is available to meet you at your room between the hours of 9am and 5pm local time, by phone from 8am to 9pm, or in an emergency we are on call 24 hours a day
- Minimum check-in age: 21
- Access methods: Contactless
- Pets are not allowed unless it is a certified service animal
- Room Occupancy: 2. We do not provide any additional cots or cribs
- Artelo is a non-smoking and non-vaping property. Because of the priceless nature of the art anyone suspected of smoking or vaping while on the premises will be asked to leave without refund and a minimum of 500 USD cleaning fee will be added to the room fee
- Late Check-out is subject to availability is available for an additional 50 USD
- Artelo asks that noise is kept to a speaking volume and no amplified sound between the hours of 11pm and 8am
- Parking is available on site. Each room will be assigned one parking spot at no cost. All other vehicles can be parked in the parking lot across the street at no cost on a first come first served basis. Artelo is not responsible for theft or damage of property in either lot.
- Artelo has multiple security cameras on property. By coming on the property all parties have given consent to being recorded.
-Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed
- Artelo is compliant with the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA). We offer an accessible room within the hotel. Please ensure to book Room #3 when booking and any special requests reach us by placing it in the comments section of the online reservation form.
- Room refreshes will not be offered during stays of 3 days or more. Should you need fresh towels or linen, please message our staff through your room key website 
- As part of our commitment to guest safety, employees will not disclose the identity, room number or presence of a guest to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement. This includes the taking of or delivery of messages or indirect forwarding of phone calls. It is the responsibility of guests to communicate their presence and room number to any person they wish to receive visits from. Safety cameras are used throughout the premises, and anyone on our property may be recorded. The hotel assumes no responsibility for any personal bodily injury incurred while on the premises
- Any guest or visitor who is in possession of a firearm on hotel premises is personally responsible for abiding by all applicable federal, state and local laws with respect to firearms. Subject to the following restrictions, guests of Artelo  who are lawfully permitted to possess a firearm may bring such firearm onto hotel premises, provided that the presence of the firearm on hotel premises: is for storage purposes only; the firearm is and remains at all times unloaded; the firearm is and remains secured in a locked, hard-sided firearm container, provided by the guest, while transported to or from the guest room and while stored therein; and the firearm remains securely safeguarded at all times in a locked guest room or locked personal vehicle, except when transporting the firearm to or from a guest room. Guests who fail to abide by this policy will be asked to leave the hotel premises, without refund. The hotel premises are private property, and our firearms policy applies to: (i)all firearms, regardless of whether the firearm is a handgun or along-barreled gun; and (ii) all guests and visitors, even those possessing a valid license or permit to carry a firearm. The only exception to the restrictions described in this firearms policy statement is for law enforcement officers and designated military personnel, who are on-duty and required to carry firearms in the performance of their duties.
