- HOW TO GET THERE: Follow the directions at this link. There are no signs, the GPS will not take you to the parking lot. If you have any doubts, feel free to contact us. There is no doorbell, but you can call us at 327 104 98 00 to gain access to the parking area.
- REGISTRATION: A photo ID is required.
- Deposit to confirm: 50% of the total. The remaining balance will be settled upon arrival, preferably in cash.
- Early cancellation (more than 30 days in advance): 10% of the total stay charge.
- Late cancellation (less than 30 days): 25% of the total stay charge.
- Cancellation within 7 days or less: 50% of the total stay charge.
- Late arrival / Early departure: No refund or prorating.
- Travel during your stay: No refund.
