1. PRICES 1.1 The published rate corresponds to the value per night per room, including breakfast. Complementary beds have an additional cost and must be requested before guest´s arrival. 1.2 The rate does not include the Value Added Tax -VAT- of 19%, which applies to tax residents in Colombia; complying with Decree 2646 of 2013. If you are a tax resident in Colombia, this value would be charged at the time of check-in.1.3 The rate includes WIFI Internet connection in the common and private areas, welcome drink and security box in each room.1.4 The rate DOES NOT include laundry service, mini bar consumption, national and international telephone calls, Other services not specified in the rate.2. RECEPTION 2.1 The reception service is from 6:30 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. If you have a reservation and your arrival time is outside this range, you must notify to reservations@biohabitathotel.com with at least 24 hours in advance to coordinate your check-in.2.2 Check-in is from 3:00 p.m and check-out is until 12:00 p.m. Late check out can only be made according to availability. In case you do not check-out after 11:00 am and there is no prior communication with reception regarding any eventuality that prevents you from making such check-out, the value of the following night will be charged to your bill as a penalty.3. CHILDREN 3.1 For security reasons regarding the hotel facilities, the accommodation of children under 12 years of age is not allowed.3.2 Every child under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parents or a responsible adult who by legal means can guarantee their relation with the minor, in case of being a third party, must present a signed letter from both parents of the minor authorizing their accompaniment, if one of the parents is absent must attach supporting document.3.3 In strict compliance with article 17 of 679 law of 2001, and Law 1336 of 2009 regarding the prevention of exploitation, pornography and sexual tourism of minors, Bio Habitat Hotel rejects and reports any suspicious behavior in this area.4. PETS 4.1 Pets are welcome in the common areas under the supervision of their owners, they are not allowed inside the rooms.5. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS 5.1 All reservations would be pending of confirmation until 100% payment deposit is validated.5.2 For all reservations, regardless of the means of payment, it will be necessary to present a credit card at the time of check-in as a guarantee.5.3 Bio Habitat Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to your arrival.6. CANCELLATION POLICY 6.1 Free for cancellations up to 7 days prior to check-in date; if cancelled within 6 days prior to check-in date , first night of your reservation will be charged. 6.2 In case of requiring a cancellation due to force majeure, please contact us at reservations@biohabitathotel.com, we will do our best effort to solve your case.6.3 In case of no-show on the date of your reservation, 100% of the amount will be charged.6.4 In case of requiring an early departure, 100% of the amount of the reservation will be charged, unless the exit corresponds to a case of force majeure which must be supported, in which case 50% of the remaining reservation nights would be charged.6.5 In case of a refund,  financial expenses for the transaction would be deducted from total amount requested.7. PRIVACY POLICY 7.1 Incompliance with the provisions of Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, we inform you that BIO S.A.S. (hereinafter the "BIO HABITAT HOTEL") has information of natural persons in various databases which are acquired in development of its corporate purpose and in execution of its economic activity, acting as the Responsible and / or Responsible for the Treatment of the personal data found in their databases. Therefore, BIO HABITAT HOTEL collects, stores, uses, transmits, transfers and deletes personal data of natural persons with whom it has some kind of relationship, of any kind (civil, commercial and / or labor); including, but not limited to, guests, customers, suppliers, contractors, workers, creditors, and debtors. BIOHABITAT HOTEL reserves the right to change, modify, complement and / or alter the conditions of this Privacy Notice, as well as the Policy at any time, in which case it will be noticed to you through any of the means established by the legislation in the matter. ACCEPTANCE 8.1 THE CUSTOMER declares to accept the present general contracting conditions and said acceptance is ratified by means of one or any of the following acts: a) The payment of the contracted services before the start of the services rendering; b) The payment required as guarantee for the initiation of the provision of the Services c) The acceptance of the invoice for the services contracted directly by THE CUSTOMER or by any person dependent on him or related to him directly or indirectly; d) Through the use of any portion of the contracted services.9. EXCLUSION OF GUARANTEES AND LIABILITY 9.1 BIO HABITAT HOTEL does not guarantee the availability or continuity of the services made through the website, so it excludes any liability for damages and / or damages that may be due to lack of availability or continuity of its website and services that are offered by this means, however all efforts will be made to the extent of the possibilities to provide technical assistance to the affected user, as well as to try to restore the interruption as soon as possible or by offering an alternative means.9.2 BIO HABITAT HOTEL does not obligate itself to control and not previously control the absence of viruses or elements in the contents that may produce alterations in the software or hardware of the users who visit the website and our social network accounts, so that will NOT be liable for damages or losses of any kind that may arise from them.9.3 If BIO HABITAT HOTEL, despite acting with due diligence, cannot provide the rooms contracted for reasons that are not attributable to them and if it were impossible to provide them under the agreed conditions, BIO HABITAT HOTEL will offer the customer the possibility to request full reimbursement of the reservation  or for its substitution by another similar room in terms of category and quality. If the substitution results in a lower category or quality, BIO HABITAT HOTEL must refund the difference.10. OTHERS 10.1 Loss of keys and energy control card - In the case of loss of keys to access the room or the energy control card, a penalty of COP $ 30,000 will be charged for each one.10.2 Penalty for smoking in closed areas: Smoking is prohibited in all closed areas of the hotel, including the room. Not complying with this policy causes a penalty of COP $ 300,000 that will be charged to your lodging bill. 10.3 Reasonable use of the sound equipment: the use of the sound equipment should be done at a moderate volume without disturbing the peace of other guests. Failure to comply with this clause may result in the immediate expulsion of the guest from the establishment without the right to reimbursement or claim.10.4 The parking service is free in the hotel facilities; you must use the marked areas for parking.10.5 In case of any problem or complaint, we have a procedure for the handling of Petitions, Complaints, Claims and Requests; where it is specified that any PCCR expressed verbally to the personnel assigned to this function or through a communication, response will be given as soon as possible. The response times are those foreseen in Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute) and Decree 1074 of 2015, must be provided within 15 business days after PCCR is received, preferably written and specifying the reasons of the decision taken.
