Check-in time is 2 PM and check-out time is 12 NN.
Early Arrival/ Late Departure
Check-in before 2PM is subject to availability. Check-out after 12 NN is subject to availability. If there is no availability, the hotel will be unable to accommodate guests. This is in consideration of arriving guests who expect their room to be ready, little to no exception can be entertained.
Guarantee Policy
Booking is guaranteed if at least the first night of every accommodation is paid.
Cancellation Policy
Booking may not be guaranteed if no confirmation is made by the guest and we receive no communication within 72 hours up to the date of arrival.
Visitors
Visitors must be registered at the front desk by depositing their proper identification. Visitors are not allowed past 10 PM in guest rooms and hallways.
Goods Delivered and Services Rendered
The guest acknowledges joint and several liability for all goods delivered and services rendered until full settlement of bill.
Guest Belongings
Guests are requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out or going to bed. For the convenience of the guest, electronic safety lockers are provided in each room to store any valuables. Management will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
Luggage Storage
Subject to availability of the storage space, the guest can store luggage in the luggage room, at the guest’s sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause. Luggage left for over a period of 30 days will be disposed of.
Smoking / Pets / Firearms Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited under Republic Act No. 9211. Tampering with smoke detectors is likewise prohibited. Pets are not permitted. Fire Arms must be deposited.
Illegal Activities
Gambling, contraband, prostitution, explosives, poisons, drugs are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.
Damage to Property
The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
Management's Rights
The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his or her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the Management has the right to remove the guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him or her.
Relation between Management and Guest
Nothing herein above shall continue or be deemed to constitute, or create any tenancy or sub-tenancy, or any other right to interact in the hotel premises or any part of portion thereof, in favor of any Guest or resident or visitor, and the Management shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession of the whole of the hotel premises.
Government Rules and Regulations and application of Laws
Guest are requested to observe, abide by confirm to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and government rules and regulations in force.
