All reservations must be paid in total before the date of arrival to guarantee space availability. The reservation will not be confirmed until the payment is done.
Payments can be done through the following: Visa, MasterCard, Diners, American Express, Paypal and bank deposits at our Hotel accounts if you are already in Guatemala. We also accept cash in local currency Quetzales and US dollars at the Hotel.
You are entitled to a 90% refund if you cancel in writing up to 5 days prior to arrival, 4 days to 1 day before 50% refund, and same-day cancellation no refund. Please do so by writing to email@example.com There is no refund for cancellations due to airline delays, strikes, political unrest, or Acts of God (hurricane, earthquake, etc.). Travel insurance is recommended.
Normal cancellation policy applies (It does not apply on Holy week 2019 or the 15 December 2019 through 5 of January 2020) You have the right to a full 100% refunds if you cancel in written form up to 5 days before the arrival date, 4 days to 1 day before a 50% refund apply, and the same day of arrival as cancellation no refunds apply. There is no refund for unforeseen events such as flight delays, riots, bad weather, natural disasters (hurricanes, earthquakes, etc.) so it is recommended to have travel insurance that covers any eventuality.
For reservations for more than 3 months of anticipation, a nonrefundable deposit payment is required. At the hotel we accept payments with a credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Diners, American Express, Paypal), We also accept cash in local currency Quetzales and US dollars at the Hotel, Euros and Belize dollars.

BEDSPREADS AND TOWELS
We provide bed sheets, pillows, warm mantle, and towels, that must be left where they original appear bedrooms or bathing rooms outside.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INSIDE THE PROPERTY
Only the guest that are booked in the hotel is allowed to stay inside the property during the night. If other guests stay overnight additional charges will apply. The room must be checked out on time and secured. All windows and doors must be closed. The key left at the reception desk front.
PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS
In case of a problem or a complaint, must inform immediately to the Manager or write a note to the manager's office, so he can rectify the error at the moment in the best way possible. Any complaint that cant be resolved in the moment at the hotel, must be notified via email to the administration offices before leaving the property. Not following this procedure makes it difficult for the administration's capacity to rectify the problem, reduce it or eliminate it completely. We are not responsible for any injuries, sickness or accidents that may occur while staying at the property.
BUYING THE ENTRANCE TICKETS TO THE NATIONAL PARK TIKAL The Tikal Park has a new policy to purchase all tickets for entry to the park (Day Ticket, Sunrise Ticket, Sunset Ticket, and museums). All tickets must be paid through Banrural Bank. At the entrance of the park they have a mobile unit of the same bank, which has a service schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., it has just one service window, so we suggest you buy your ticket in advance at any Banrural bank in the country and avoid congestion. Payments can be made in advance and are valid for redemption 30 days from the date of payment. When you arrive at the entrance of Tikal Park you must present the deposit slip to obtain your entry into the park, and you will be assigned a bracelet according to the ticket type bought.
Please note that you need to pay the entry fees in cash, local currency (quetzales). The Bank does not accept credit cards or any other currencies.
There are 3 types of entry tickets: 1. Day Ticket, the main ticket, valid from 6 am to 6 pm, the cost is Q150 per person, per day2. Sunrise Ticket, valid from 4 am to 6 am, the cost is Q100 per person, per day3. Sunset Ticket, valid from 6 pm to 9 pm, the cost is Q100 per person, per day
