Cancelations will not be allowed for high season or bank holidays.
In case of NO-SHOW the whole stay will be charge.
Confirmed reservations through a bank transfer or bank deposit will not be refundable.
The first night charge of the reservation is not refundable.

For low season the following policies will be applied:

The first night charge of the reservation is not refundable.
A 100% fee will be applied to all cancellations done 14 days prior to the date of arrival.
In case of NO-SHOW the whole stay will be charge.
Confirmed reservations through a bank transfer or bank deposit will not be refundable.

Terms and Conditions

Excessive noise is not allowed after 23:00 hrs.
The Hotel is a non smoking establishment, smoking is not allowed in the rooms and common areas.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed in common areas.

Group Policy:

For reservations of 4 rooms and above a 50% deposit is required (Non refundable)

Children policy:

Children are not allowed. The hotel has the right to charge an additional fee per kid, per night in case of not respecting this policy.

Payment and check-in Policy:

Full payment of the reservation is required at the moment of the check-in. ( Doesn't apply for groups)
An official Id is required at the moment of the check-in.

Pets Policy:
Pets are not allowed.

Reservation Policies:

The reservation will be confirmed when the guest has provided the Hotel with a:

a) A Credit Card details, Visa or Master Card.
b) A charge of the first night of the reservation will be applied to the credit card (Non refundable)

b) A deposit or bank transfer to the Hotel´s account with the total amount of nights per room requested.

All personal information will be exclusively used for Hotel purposes.
c) Different policies apply for group reservations.

Policy Modifications:

Modifications will not be accepted during high season, bank holidays or once the check-in has been done. The Hotel has the right to apply any modification fee, if necessary. The Hotel must be notified by email: reservaciones@lospilareshotel.com of any changes on the reservation. In case of extending the number of nights no modification fee will be applied and the extension will depend on the hotel´s availability.
