❖ Payment: If we have not pre-charged your reservation, payment in cash or credit card will be processed on arrival.
❖ Check in is after 3PM and Check out by 12 noon. Special requests are based on availability. ❖ Factory Lofts is not responsible for the loss of valuables that are not locked inside private safe boxes in every room.
❖ Please respect the quiet hours in the hotel. Anything that disturbs the peace of other guests is prohibited.
❖ The hotel rooms and common areas must remain free of cigarette smoke.
❖ Factory Lofts is free of sex and drug tourism, illegal activity is reported to authorities.
❖ Any attempt to enter a minor without a legal guardian or fail to show a valid ID will be reported to authorities.
❖ Parties are not allowed, no noise, strict prostitution policy and strict guest policy: unit is for maximum 2 people, if the first person registered leaves and you want to register another one, you will incur in $50 USD extra guest fee. If your stay lasts less than 10 days, you can have a maximum of 1 guest registered for free. If it lasts more than that, you can have 3 guests registered for free. (General Stay in the hotel, contract is per guest, doesn't apply per room).
❖ VAT Tax will be charged to Colombians and foreigners with a Colombian ID starting on January 2023. Foreigners with a tourism permit will not be charged for this TAX.
❖ By signing additional consumption at the restaurant, bar or minibar, you authorize Laureles Holdings S.A.S to charge the card taken as a guarantee during check in.
❖ Privacy Notice: I authorize Laureles Holdings S.A.S priorly, expressly and unequivocally to treat my personal data in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012.
