CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations require a 50% deposit. Your deposit less a $50 administration fee, will be refunded if 14+ days notice of cancellation is given prior to occupancy.Date changes where 14+ days notice is given of change, are permitted at the discretion of management (we allow one change without charge for bookings 14+ days out, further changes will incur a $50 change fee).
Date changes where 13 days or less notice is given, may be permitted at the discretion of management, however a $50 change fee will apply.
Cancellations between 5-13 days from booked arrival date will incur a 50% cancellation fee, unless we are able to re-book ALL room nights cancelled ... fully re-booked cancellations will incur a $75 administration fee. Any room nights NOT re-booked will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations of 4 days or less from booked arrival date, including no shows, will incur a 100% cancellation fee, unless we are able to re-book ALL room nights cancelled ... fully re-booked cancellations will incur a $75 administration fee. Any room nights NOT re-booked will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
