- 50% of the Total is required at the time of booking.
- The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
- When making a reservation 30 days or less prior to arrival date, full prepayment is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellations Received 46 – 31 days prior to arrival date, there is US $100 penalty fee.
- Cancellations Received 30 days or less to arrival date are non-refundable.
Cancellation policy for groups will vary.
Terms and Conditions
- Room Rates are in $USD and are subject to 9% Room Tax & 6% Service Charge.
- Meal Plan are subject to 15% Service Charge
- Rate based on single or double occupancy
- Maximum Occupancy: Triple (3 adults) or 2 Adults and 2 children. Up to two (2) children under 12 years, old may share their parent’s room at no extra charge using existing bedding is used.
- Additional persons, per night US$25.00 per night/per person plus taxes.
- All Suites are non-smoking. Only registered guests allowed in a suite.
- Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
- No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property

- Credit cards or cash deposits are required at check-in for incidental charges.
