Property and Cancelation Policies :
Prepaid reservations cancelled 7 days or more prior to arrival will incur bank fees and processing fees for payment reversals. For cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, guests will be charged the full rate as a cancellation fee.
Non-Refundable Reservations:
The resort cannot guarantee a full refund for cancellations of prepaid bookings classified as non-refundable reservations. However, exceptions may be considered in cases of unforeseeable circumstances. Guests are required to submit supporting documents or proof for review. Any approved refunds will be subject to applicable bank fees and processing fees. The resort retains the final decision on all refund requests.
Terms and Conditions
1. CHECK IN: All documents submitted online must be presented during check-in for confirmation process. Charge for early check-in is Php1,000 per hour; early check-in request is subject to room availability.
2. CHECK OUT: Room inspection is required prior to check-out. Kindly call us before leaving the room. Guests are required to surrender room key cards to the front desk upon check out. Chargeable amount of Php500.00 each for any damaged or lost key card. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Charge for late check-out is Php1,000 per hour.
3. BOOKING POLICY: To confirm reservation, we require full payment within a limited time. All reservations are subject to cancellation without prior notice should you fail to send us a copy of the deposit slip.
4. NO SHOW: If guests fail to arrive at the resort, it will be considered as 'No Show' and refunds will not be issued.
5. VISITOR POLICY: Visitors are required to register at the front desk and are welcome to enjoy the amenities at Php1,150 per person per day for as long as the guest they are visiting remains checked in. If visitors wish to stay overnight, it will be contingent upon the maximum occupancy of the reserved room.
6. EXTRA PERSON: Extra Person is contingent upon maximum occupancy of reserved room category.
Adult w/ Extra Bed: Php 1,150 | Kids 6-11 years old without Extra Bed Php 750
Children aged 5 and under stay free of charge, provided they can comfortably share the existing bed in the reserved room. Kids ages 6-11 are considered as an extra person with an additional charge of Php750 per person per night without an extra bed. Extra bed for kids ages 6-11 would be equivalent to the same rate as an adult.
7. PARKING: Complimentary one (1) car per one (1) room; first come, first served basis.
8. NO SMOKING: All rooms at Camp Netanya Resort and Spa are non-smoking, including all areas. Main entrance open area is the designated smoking area provided for guests who wish to smoke. Cleaning fee of Php5,000.00 will be imposed shall this policy be violated or shall there be any evidence of smoking in the room.
9. DISTURBANCE AND DAMAGES: Any form of activities that would cause noise disturbance and inconvenience to other guests are not permitted. Damage to property including but not limited to linens, appliances, kitchenware, furnitures and fixtures will be charged accordingly.
10. PERSONAL BELONGINGS & VALUABLE ITEMS: Management will not be held liable for any personal and valuable items lost in the resort.
11. POLICY ON NARCOTICS: All illegal drugs are prohibited in the resort premises. All guests carrying illegal drugs shall be reported to the police.
12. NO PETS ALLOWED: Sorry, furry friends! Our resort doesn't accommodate pets at the moment.
13. ADDITIONAL SERVICE: Advance reservation is required in all additional services (i.e., Kayak and Snorkeling). Water Activities are subject to weather conditions.
14. VALID GOVERNMENT ID: All guests are required to present any valid government-issued I.D. upon check-in for purposes of verification.
15. CANCELLATION POLICY: ANY CANCELLATION RECEIVED LESS THAN 7 DAYS FROM ARRIVAL SHALL INCUR A CANCELLATION CHARGE EQUIVALENT TO THE WHOLE STAY
Please note that the resort does not guarantee a full refund for cancellations made by guests, as bookings are classified as non-refundable reservations unless necessitated by unforeseen circumstances. In the event of an approved refund request, bank fees will be assumed by the guest and a facilitation fee of 10% will be deducted from the total amount.
16. INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT: Guests are required to provide an incidental deposit of Php2,000 per room in cash for the duration of their stay, which will be refunded upon clearance of any charges upon checkout.
17. ENVIRONMENTAL FEE: Guests are required to pay Php50 (US$0.90) per person per stay conservation fee following the issuance of an ordinance by the municipal government of Mabini. This is collected in cash.
18. POOL OPERATING HOURS: 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM Wednesdays to Mondays and 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Tuesdays.
19. ACCESS CARDS: Key Cards (for guests with room accommodations) and Towel Cards will be issued and must be returned. A penalty of Php 500 will be charged for each lost card.
20. DAY TOUR HOURS AND INCLUSIONS: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Dip and Dine Package does not include room amenities; guests are reminded to bring their own hygiene kits. Stay at Santorini Package includes room amenities.
21. SHARED FACILITIES: The gym and the swimming pool area are shared facilities available for all paying guests. Additional charges apply for the exclusive use of the Cabanas and The Dome.
22. TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE FOLLOWING PROMOS:
- Water activities are subject to weather and sea conditions. Canceled island tours due to these conditions will be replaced with alternative activities. Alternative activities will not be provided for cancellations of island tours initiated by guests.
- Promotional Rate is inclusive of 12% VAT. Corresponding Island Entrance Fees, Island Environmental Fees, and Island Cottage Fees are NOT included. Guests will have to transact directly with the island representatives.
- Inclusive of two (2) islands for the tour (Portales Beach and Sombrero Island). For extra island destination or extending your tour by an additional hour, coordinate directly with the boatman at an added cost, which are to be settled directly with the boatman by the guests.
- Bookings made under discounted rates are considered final and non-refundable.
- This promo is valid for select room categories contingent upon room availability and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
- Re-booking under this promotion is allowed, but reservations must be used within the specified promo period between March 7 - May 15, 2025.
- Promotional Rate is inclusive of 12% VAT.
- Promo is only applicable to Walk-in, Phone-in, and Website reservation and subject to prepayment.
- Bookings made under discounted rates are considered final and non-refundable.
