Welcome to Maple Hill Farm, a year-round Bed and Breakfast Country Inn located in the heart of Lake Sunapee Area, New London, New Hampshire, only 2 hours north of Boston. Enjoy your stay in our comfortable and fully furnished farmhouse guest rooms while eating our delicious home-cooked breakfast.
It is an understatement to say that our bed and breakfast inn in New London is in a beautiful setting. Maple Hill Farm has made the entire area a very comfortable, low-key, and idyllic place to stay in New Hampshire. Our guest rooms are comfortable for couples, but you’ll need more space if you’re bringing additional family and friends. If you want to stay busy while you’re visiting, there is a lot to do. We provide access to New London town beaches so our guests can swim. Other outdoor activities available for your participation in the area include golfing, hiking, and skiing.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations are guaranteed by the guest's credit cardor received deposit. A $20 servicecharge per room will apply upon cancellation of reservations if cancellationnotification is received one (1) week in advance of the arrival date. Afterthat, one (1) full night's rate per room is the applicable cancellationfee. This policy pertains to allweekends through out the year and peak in season weekdays of July, August,October, January, February and March only.

Terms and Conditions

Prices and taxes: A 9% tax is applicable for all lodging and meal charges (breakfast is included in the basic rate) - Weekends throughout the year require a 2 night stay. One (1) night stays on Friday or Saturday are accepted through out the year and guests are charged an additional 20% for 1 night stays.
Payments: Payment is due upon check-out - guest's credit cards are not charged until check-out.
Traveling with minors: Children are welcome at all times.
Accessibility: Only two (2) rooms are on the first floor of the Inn. The Inn has no handicap ramps available.
Parking: There is ample parking next to the Inn for all guests.
