As we charge a deposit or full payment to secure the reservation, we ensure the availability of our limited, very high-end villa inventory. Due to the exclusive nature of these offerings, we are unable to provide refunds, as the market determines their availability. Therefore, we recommend that you obtain holiday insurance to cover any unforeseen cancellation requirements you may encounter.
Terms and Conditions
Tri-Asia operates as a wholesaler on behalf of the property owner. When a booking is made for a stay at CEN, an agreement is entered between the registered party and Tri-Asia, representing the property owner. This agreement pertains to the agreed rental period as registered. By booking guest accommodation at CEN, it is understood that both parties have agreed to the terms & conditions outlined herein. Personal data entered into this booking is thereby agreed to be processed in accordance with the rental contract/agreement. The validity of the booking and its terms & conditions is effective when confirmed by CEN.
Payment Policy:
For villa bookings made with CEN, the requested deposit to secure the reservation must be made within 3 calendar days of availability confirmation. Failure to receive the deposit within this period grants CEN the right to void the booking request and cancel details. Special requests for extension must be received and acknowledged in writing by CEN. Payment terms for all villas at CEN are as follows:Security Deposit:
For bookings of multiple villas, regardless of duration, or for single villa bookings exceeding 15 days, a security deposit of 1,000 USD / 35,000 THB is levied when full payment is due. Any damage during the stay must be reported promptly, enabling management to assess the actual cost before checkout. If damages are not advised timely, Management reserves the right to retain the security deposit until the actual replacement cost on a 'like-for-like' basis is ascertained. If the cost exceeds the security deposit, an extra debit will occur for the balance. Management does not apply any supplier markup. If there is no damage or breakage, the full deposit is returned.No Show Policy:
In the event that CEN has not confirmed nor received any indication of a guest's arrival, the full amount paid is non-refundable.Kids Policy:
0-5 years stay free in existing bedding or a baby cot. Kids 5 years and older are considered paying guests.Pets Policy:
No pets are allowed in the villas.Standard Villa Rates Inclusive:
