Large group/Block reservations occupying over five (5) rooms in total must be cancelled six (6) weeks prior to arrival date. Reservations cancelled after that date will be charged one (1) full room charge plus tax for each room reserved and the balance of their reservations, if more than one night, will be cancelled. Non-refundable 10% deposit due four weeks before incoming date; unpaid timely deposits will result in cancellation.

Amsterdam Castle has an easy & simple to digest Terms and Conditions to avoid misdirecting guests from the actual meaning, Please make sure you are over 21 years of age or older in order to make and hold a reservation. ID required. :::: 1- No pets, unless by agreement. 2- No smoking of any kind (vape, etc.) anywhere in the Castle 3- charges for damages to the rooms or castle 4- parking on castle grounds at vehicle owner's responsibility 5- Content inside vehicles at vehicle owner's risk 6- No personal valuables such as credit cards-cash- jewelry-allowed to be left in the room while guests are out, even for a short while. The owners or management will decline liability 7- Use of hotel facilities according to all similar hotel general standard terms and conditions.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ARE NOT BOOKING A WEDDING WITH US, THEN THE FOLLOWING WILL APPLY
NO Wedding photography of any kind is permitted without a written contract. If you have not booked a wedding with us, no reservations under 21 years of age for rooms or events are valid. Wedding photography is strictly reserved and prohibited without a written consent from Amsterdam Castle. For the quiet and tranquility of our valued Guests, Amsterdam Castle does NOT permit any wedding related activities, particularly booking rooms that will have more than 3 wedding party persons inside at all times or more than a maximum of 2 cars in the parking lot. Weddings are strictly booked by written contracts and the hotel will be cleared for that day. Reservations made for the purposes of holding any part of a wedding event, activity, etc, will disturb other guests. Room reservations made to hold any part of a wedding activity without a written contract are NOT valid. The management would like to thank the wedding organizers, personal or company wedding businesses, or individuals in advance for their generous co-operation to promote tranquility and control the unauthorized access to the Castle by unregistered individuals.
