3. No smoking inside the premises. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas outside the property. A 1,000 PHP fine applies for smoking inside.

4. Guest liability: Guests are responsible for any damage to their assigned rooms and will be charged for repairs beyond normal wear and tear.

5. Force Majeure: The Ledge is not liable for disruptions caused by unforeseen events, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Liability: The Ledge is not responsible for any loss, injury, or death on the property. Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings.

7. Rebooking: Bookings can be rebooked once, up to 5 days before check-in, by emailing theledgebaguio@gmail.com or through our Facebook page.

8. Pricing: Unit rates may change, and rebooked units may be subject to udpdated prices.

9. Lost keys: A 1,000 PHP fee will be charged for any lost or unreturned keys/keycards.
