Property and Cancelation Policies :
- If you cancel your reservation within three weeks prior to stay, you will be billed for full amount of cancelled booking whether you use the lodging or not.
- No refund or partial refund will be given for early departure.
- Since we accept reservation deposits a year in advance, if you cancel your reservation before October 31 of the prior year, your deposit will be refunded in it's entirety (unless it was paid via credit card; in which case, the deposit amount will be returned minus a 5% handling fee.)
- If you cancel your cabin reservation and another guest who has already reserved a cabin in that same week chooses to switch to your cabin, the cancellation terms still apply until the newly available cabin is re-booked.
We strongly recommend you consider all the ramifications of a possible cancellation before you commit to booking a cabin and paying a deposit. When you are ready to take responsibility for your reservation, go for it! To help you feel more secure about your reservation, you may wish to look into obtaining "trip insurance" . . .
