Remark: The hotel will do its best to have room available for early arrival when notified. Late checkout or day use is available at an extra charge of 50% of the room rate for each room category occupied until 18.00 hrs. A full night room rate will apply for use of the room after 18.00 hrs.
THE FINE PRINT
Please note that the credit card used for the deposits needs to be presented upon check-in together with the guest's identification card and the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name. If the credit card is not presented, guests will be required to pay directly to the hotel.
If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the property prior to your arrival:
1) Authorization letter with cardholder's signature
2) Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature)
