Windsome celebrates its "26th Year Anniversary" in 2024 having served thousands of guests since 1998.

Base policy: Custom policy
- Travelers who cancel 2 weeks or more before 6:00 PM EST on the day of check-in are charged USD 50.
- Travelers who cancel less than 2 weeks before 6:00 PM EST on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 50% of the booking amount.
Terms and Conditions
- Prices and Taxes: Pricing is predicated at the price per room, per night at the time of booking and subject to the taxes in effect at the time of stay.
- Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out: At the option of the inn, payment may be required prior to your reservation date in whole or in part. As a general rule, payment will be charged the on the day of check-in or the day before you check out with the credit card provided when reservation was made. If you wish to change your payment method, please notify the innkeeper prior to your arrival.
- Traveling with Minors: Minors under the age of 18 are to be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while on the premises. There is no child care services provided by the inn.
- Accessibility or Special Needs: As an older post Victorian home, we unfortunately cannot provide accessibility or special need access to our second floor bed and breakfast.
- Parking: We provide for two dedicated off-street parking spaces (one space for each room) for our guests. There is also free curbside parking in front of the B&B and no need for special sticker permits.
- Hotel Events: Not applicable.
- Dispute Resolution/Issues
- Use of Personal Information: We do not share, sell or otherwise use any of your personal information for anything other than your B&B reservation purposes.
- Liability: We are fully licensed and insured. Guests will be charged and held liable for any damage done to our property over and above normal wear and tear.
