Property and Cancelation Policies :

The full deposit will be forfeited if the room is cancelled less than seven days prior to the arrival date for reservations January 3rd – December 19th. Festive Season (Dec 20th– January 2nd)- The full deposit will be forfeited if the room is cancelled less than fourteen days prior to the arrival date. No show or cancellation on arrival day attracts a 50% penalty charge. We suggest that travel insurance is taken. Refunds due to reservation cancellation are subject to a 10% processing fee.

2 -3 Nights - 1 night deposit
4 Nights - 2 nights deposit
5 nights or more - 3 nights deposit

* Rates are exclusive of 10% service charge and 7% VAT.

* A nightly overhead tax of US$6 per adult and children 12 -17 years US$3 will be applied to the booking.

* Rates are quoted for a reservation made for the number of guests booked.

* A reservation is subject to additional charges if a cottage is occupied by more guests than booked.

* Guests must be at least 18 years old to check-in at this resort.

* There are no room charges for children up to 10 years old who occupy the same room as their parents or guardians, using existing bedding.

* Onsite parking is free for guests only for the duration of their stay.

* Pets are not allowed at the resort.

* Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 12 noon.
