We offer you unique accommodation right by the sea in our new guesthouse on the Dhangethi island located on South Ari Atoll. 
We have double and triple rooms available for our guests, as well as the possibility of connecting two rooms for large groups or families. 
The rooms have a private bathroom, air conditioning, coffee and tea, water, a place to sit, comfortable beds, a balcony or terrace and much more. 
Some rooms offer a TV or sea view.
Meals from breakfast to All inclusive are available to our guests in our beach restaurant, which is located right next to the accommodation. 
There are sunbeds on the beach and we are preparing much more for you.

GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICIES
Below are our general cancellation policies. Please note, different policies might apply to your booking. Please refer to your booking confirmation for further details.If you are a travel agent, please refer to your contract or booking confirmation for our cancellation policies. Those policies apply to all of your bookings unless specifically stated in your booking confirmation. 

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY: 
For individual bookings of less than 5 rooms, and bookings not considered a group, the following cancellation policy applies:
If cancelled up to 30 days before arrival no fee will be charged.
If cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, 100% deposit will be charged or you can reschedule your stay in 2 months.
If you are a no-show or will cancel less than 14 days before arrival, we can charged full amount. 
Pre-paid bookings: If your booking comes with a pre-payment condition it will not be possible to cancel or change your booking free of charge.
 
Deposit 30% from amount of booking, from 20th December till 5th January stay (Christmas season) is deposit 50%. The payment link will be sent after the reservation.. The second part of the payment you will pay after arrival in USD cash or card (need to count with bank fee 3,5% from card transaction to Bank of Maldives).

PRE-PAID RESERVATIONS
Advance Purchase Rates: Our Advance Purchase Rates (APR) are discounted rates and are made with the condition that they are prepaid and are completely non-refundable.
Bookings with our APR Rates cannot be modified or cancelled free of charge, and no refunds will be made. If you cancel the booking, or if you are a no-show, you will still be charged the full amount of your booking.
 

GROUP BOOKINGS:
For bookings of more than 5 rooms our group cancellation policy will apply. If your group booking comes with a pre-payment condition the below cancellation policy will not apply.Cancellation fee:
  • If cancelled at least 8 weeks prior to arrival no cancellation fee will be charged.
  • If cancelled between 6-8 weeks before arrival date a 15% cancellation fee applies
  • If cancelled between 6-4 weeks before arrival date a 50% cancellation fee applies
  • If cancelled within 4 weeks before arrival date a 100% cancellation fee applies.
Terms and Conditions

To ensure that this Hotel has publicness (is accepted by public) and provides a safe and comfortable stay to guests, the following rules need to be followed: Not abiding by these rules may lead to cancellation of stay and/or refusal to use the hotel facilities.
Further, if you happen to damage any equipment or fixtures inside the hotel premises, the Hotel reserves a right to charge you the full cost of the same.

Rules

  1. Do not use the guest rooms for purposes other than intended without authorization.
  2. Do not light fire in the passage or guest rooms for heating or cooking.
  3. To prevent fire, refrain from smoking on bed, in non-smoking rooms, and in any other places prone to catch fire.
  4. The equipment and articles in guest rooms are strictly meant for the guests staying in the Hotel. Hence, inside the guest rooms, use of such equipment and articles by outsiders is prohibited.
  5. Be careful not to move the articles in the Hotel or guest rooms from their fixed places without permission.
  6. Do not change the position of the gadgets and fixtures in the Hotel or guest rooms without permission.
  7. Do not bring the following inside the hotel premises:
    a Animals, birds, etc.
    b Things giving off foul smell
    c Articles exceeding the normal amount that can be carried into a hotel
    d Guns, swords, etc.
    e Explosives, or articles containing volatile oils that may ignite or catch fire
    f Any other articles that may pose a threat to the safety of other guests staying in the Hotel
  8. Do not scream, sing loudly, or create loud noises by any other actions inside the Hotel or guest rooms, as it may disturb or annoy other guests staying in the Hotel.
  9. Refrain from engaging into gambling or acts that violate public order and morals inside the Hotel or guest rooms.
  10. Do not distribute advertisement goods or sell articles to the other guests or collect donation or signatures from them inside the Hotel premises, without proper permission.
  11. Note that we may refuse stay to patients suffering from an illness that may cause discomfort of any kind to the other guests inside the Hotel.
  12. Do not leave your personal belongings in the passages or the lobby.
  13. Any acts of photography that may bother the other guests in the Hotel are strictly prohibited inside the Hotel or guest rooms.
  14. Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited on the island and throughout the facility.
  15. Please note, the accommodation is located on local island. It is forbidden to wear a bikini outside the designated area - bikini beach.
Article 1 (Notification of Name, etc.)
  1. The person seeking to apply for an Accommodation Contract shall provide the Hotel with the following information:
    1. Address, name, and telephone number of the Guest;
    2. Date(s) of the stay, estimated time of arrival, and telephone number and name of the applicant; and
    3. Other information deemed necessary by the Hotel.
  2. In the case when the Guest requests, during his/her stay, an extension of the accommodation beyond the date(s) of the stay in subparagraph 2) of the preceding paragraph, it shall be regarded as an application for a new Accommodation Contract at the time such request is made.

Article 2 (Conclusion of Accommodation Contract)

  1. An Accommodation Contract shall be deemed to have been concluded when the Hotel accepts the application therefor as described in Article 1 hereof.
  2. When an Accommodation Contract is concluded, in some cases the Hotel may designate a deadline and request the Guest for the payment of the Reservation Deposit for his/her Accommodation Period by the deadline. The amount of such Reservation Deposit shall be up to the amount of the Accommodation Charges. When the Accommodation Period exceeds three days, then the amount of such Reservation Deposit shall up to the equivalent of the Accommodation Charges for three days.
  3. When the Contract Cancellation Fee shall be paid subject to Article 5 hereof, the Reservation Deposit set forth in the preceding paragraph shall be applied for the payment of the Contract Cancellation Fee, and then any remainder thereof, if any, shall be reimbursed.

Article 3 (Cancellation of Accommodation Contract by the Guest)

  1. In the case when the applicant has cancelled the Accommodation Contract in whole or in part, he/she shall pay to the Hotel the Contract Cancellation Fee as listed in the Attached Table No. 1.
  2. In the case when the Guest does not appear without any advance notice by midnight on the accommodation date (or 2 hours after the estimated time of arrival if such estimated time was expressly informed beforehand), the Hotel may regard the Accommodation Contract as being cancelled by the Guest and treat it as such.
  3. In the case of cancellation subject to the preceding paragraph, if it is proven that the Guest failed to arrive by midnight on the accommodation date (or 2 hours after the estimated time of arrival if such estimated time was informed beforehand) or to provide an advance notice thereof to the Hotel due to the delay of railway, airline or any other public transportation, or other circumstances not attributable to the Guest, then the Contract Cancellation Fee stipulated in paragraph 1 of this Article hereof shall not be charged.

Article 4 (Cancellation of Contract by the Hotel)

  1. The Hotel may cancel the Accommodation Contract in the event of one or more of the followings:
    1. When any case of subparagraph 3) to 15) of Article 2 hereof is confirmed as applicable;
    2. When the applicant refuses to provide the information required in subparagraph 1) to 3) of paragraph1, Article 3 hereof;
    3. When the Reservation Deposit stipulated in Article 4 hereof is requested but not paid by the deadline designated by the Hotel;
    4. When the Guest allows any visitor who is not a Guest of the Hotel into his/her guestroom; or
    5. When the Guest smokes in bed, vandalizes fire protection equipment/facilities, or breaks the Hotel’s rules (i.e. Super Hotel Usage Regulations) and does any of the prohibited acts thereunder.
  2. When the Hotel cancels the Accommodation Contract in accordance with the preceding paragraph, the Accommodation Charges for the Accommodation Period up to the cancellation date will be deducted from the Reservation Deposit if any and any balance thereof shall be refunded.

Article 5 (Accommodation Registration)

The Guest shall register with the front desk of the Hotel on the date of accommodation the following information:
  1. Information stipulated in subparagraph 1) of paragraph 1, Article 3 hereof;
  2. In case of a foreign Guest, except that he/she is a resident, his/her nationality, passport number and the place/date of entry (a copy of his/her passport shall be provided to the Hotel);
  3. Date of departure; and
  4. Other information the Hotel deems to be necessary.
Article 6 (Time of Check-in and Check-out)
  1. The Guest is entitled to enter in (Check-in) the Hotel on or after 2:00 p.m.(on the day of arrival) and shall leave the Hotel (Check-out) by 11:00 a.m. (on the morning of departure).
  2. In principle, the Hotel does not extend the Check-out time beyond 10:00 a.m..
  3. The Guest shall pay 100% of the Accommodation Charges in the case when he/she stays beyond 10:00 a.m. on the departure date. In the case where the Guest requests the extension of his/her Check-out time or stay, he/she shall notify the front desk of the Hotel by the time of the original Check-out time, and if such request is accepted by the Hotel, such extension will be available. In such case, the Guest shall pay the Accommodation Charges for the extended time or stay at the time when the Hotel has accepted the Guest’s request.
  4. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 1 to 4 of this Article, the Hotel may change the Check-in and Check-out time at its own discretion.

Article 7 (Payment for Accommodation Charges)

  1. The Accommodation Charges shall be paid by Check-in at the front desk of the Hotel.
  2. Green tax is 3 USD/person/night and it's not included in room rates.
  3. Once the Guest begins to use a guest room, the Accommodation Charges shall not be refunded even if the Guest chooses not to stay at the Hotel.
  4. Possible to pay by cash or card (bank charge 3,5% for every transaction will be add)

Article 8 (Responsibility/Liability of the Hotel)

  1. The Hotel's responsibility/liability under the Accommodation Contract shall become effective either at the time of the registration by the Guest subject to Article 7 hereof, or at the time the Guest enters in his/her guest room, whichever occurs earlier, and shall cease and expire at the time the Guest leaves the guest room for departure.
  2. When the Hotel is unable to provide the Guest with a guest room due to circumstances attributable to the Hotel, except for any case of natural disaster or other circumstances beyond the Hotel’s control making it difficult to secure accommodation(s) at other lodging facility, the Hotel shall arrange for the Guest to stay at other lodging facility based on equal or similar conditions. In such case, limited to the case where the price of a one-night stay at the lodging facility, to which the Guest is referred on the day when the Hotel is unable to provide a guest room, is higher than the original price of a one-night stay at the Hotel at the time the reservation is made, the Hotel shall pay the difference in such room rates.
Article 9 (Meals and meal plans)

1. Breakfast - buffet or served breakfast (depending on the number of guests)
2. Half board - breakfast and dinner buffet or ala carte (depending on the number of guests)
3. Full board - breakfast, lunch and dinner - buffet or ala carte (depending on the number of guests)
4. Full board PLUS - breakfast, lunch and dinner including 2 selected soft drinks/person served with meals - buffet or ala carte (depending on the number of guests)
5. Water is served with each meal, and juice, coffee and tea are served for breakfast.

Breakfast: 7:30AM - 9:00AM
Lunch: 12:30PM - 1:30PM
Dinner: 7:30PM - 9:00PM
