Terms and Conditions
1. Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in time is at 2:00 PM, and check-out time is at 12:00 PM.
- Please note that our hotel is situated at Juara beach. When taking the ferry to Tioman Island get of at the 3e stop TEKEK and take a taxi to JUARA BEACH.
- Tourism Tax: As per the Government of Malaysia requirements, non-Malaysian guests will be levied a tourism tax of RM 10.00 per room per night stay. This tax will be payable additionally during check-out.
- Sustainability Tax: From January 1st, 2022, a sustainability tax of RM 3.00 per room per night will be applied to all hotel residents.
- Guests with up to 2 children under the age of 7 years old can have them stay for free in the room. No extra mattress will be provided.
- Guests can park their cars at the Ferry jetty in Mersing or Tanjung Gemuk for RM 15 per day.
- Procedures for dispute resolution to be determined.
- Information collected during the reservation process will be handled in accordance with the hotel's privacy policy.
- All rooms are non-smoking. A fee of RM 150 will be charged if smoking occurs in the room.
- N/A (If there are specific events beyond the hotel's control that need to be addressed, they can be included here.)
- Only registered guests have the right to access hotel facilities. Visitors must be registered at the front desk.
- Failure to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
- If any part of these terms and conditions is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
