Property and Cancelation Policies :

Cancellations 7 days prior to check in will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations more than 72 hours before 3 PM Check-In but less than 7 days will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
Cancellations that occur within 72 hours of 3 PM Check-In will be responsible for the full cost of the entire reservation.

*Cancellations 7 days prior to check in will receive a full refund of the deposit.
*Cancellations more than 72 hours before 3 PM Check-In but less than 7 days will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
*Cancellations that occur within 72 hours of 3 PM Check-In will be responsible for the full cost of the entire reservation.
*No-shows and early-departures will be charged the entire balance of the stay.

Damage policy:

Damage to the property including but not limited to fixtures, furnishings, art, linens or bedding, will result in charges for cleaning, repair, or replacement as applicable. Crooked River Ranch Cabins is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Smoking Policy:

Smoking in any of the units is prohibited by law. If any evidence found of smoking in a unit the guest is responsible for a $250 non refundable fee for the deep cleaning services plus any additional expenses required to restore the unit back to its original non smoking condition.

Pet Policy:

Pets Must Be Known About Ahead Of Time

Pets are permitted in the Classic Cozy Cabins and Classic Timber Framed Chalet and specific Superio Lodge Units only.

A $10 fee per night.
Pets are not permitted to be left alone in the cabin.
Pets are not allowed on the bedding. Please provide your own pet bedding.

Please clean up after your pet and dispose of waste appropriately.

Pool Policy:

The Pool is located 1/2 mile down the road at 5195 SW Club House Road. Pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Towels are not provided for the pool so please bring your own pool towels to enjoy the pool

Parking:
Free parking is located on premises.

Play Structure:
We have put up a play structure for our younger visitors to enjoy. The set per manufacturers instructions are limited to children ages 3-10 years old and a maximum weight of 110 lbs. Please respect these limits as we want to make sure everyone stays safe and has a wonderful experience.

Please be respectful of other guests. Quiet time is 10pm-7am.
No loud music or parties.
Please turn off coffee pot and heater or air conditioner prior to your departure.
