If you are park at the church- you must pickup a parking pass from the Moontide office ( larger pass) and place it on your dashboard for the Church parking ( this is required from the office). Cleaning Fee

Moontide partners with independent cleaning services.  The Fees are not included as part of the online booking grand total, but must be paid prior to check in.  Moontide will contact you to collect the cleaning fee once the online booking is complete.
Cleaning fee due prior to check in based upon unit type:
1 Bedroom- $110
2 Bedroom - $150
3 Bedroom - $170
3 Bedroom End Unit - $220

Damage waiver

A Damage Waiver is Included in the "Total Fees" of the reservation, which protects you and your guests against accidental damage to your rental condominium and/or to Moontide Condominium’s common areas up to $1,000. Any intentional damage to property not covered by the Damage Waiver will be charged to the credit card on file. 

Personal effects brought into the rental unit may not be covered under the Owner's or Moontide insurance policies. Therefore, tenants are encouraged to obtain their own renters’ insurance to cover their personal effects.

Unit Issues Resolution
If the unit selected for the reservation becomes unavailable for some unexpected reason, we reserve the right to move you to a comparable unit or you may request a full refund of your prepaid rent. 

Restrictions

No boats, RV's or trailers are allowed. Pets are not allowed in this Unit. Any commercial vehicles are to be parked in the NE corner of 3L parking. Any bicycles must be registered at the office. All units are nonsmoking including the balconies. Any infraction of Moontide Condominium rules or regulations (copy enclosed) may result in a partial or full loss of rental amounts. Prior to confirmation, units and rates are subject to change. In the event you lose your garage door opener, $40 will be charged to your credit card on file. Moontide Condo Rentals,  Moontide Condo Rentals LLC cannot guarantee weather or road conditions. Moontide Condo Rentals, LLC as agent of the unit owner shall not be liable for the actions of any other person or to any property loss or damage occurring on the premises or any part thereof; or in common areas thereof, and the guest agrees to hold agent and owner harmless for any claims for damage, no matter how caused. One locked closet in the condominium unit is reserved for the storage of Owner's property and is not included with this rental.
Payment Methods
All checks must be payable in U.S.dollars from a U.S. Bank and made out to Moontide Condo Rentals, LLC. We also accept travelers or bank cashier’s checks, also in U.S.dollars and from a U.S. Bank. We accept most major credit cards. At check-in we will need a credit card on file for incidentals, or damage not covered by the Damage Waiver.


Payment Terms
50% due at time of booking. Remaining amount due 60 days prior to check in date.  For reservations made within 60 days prior to the check in date 100% payment due when the reservation is made. 

Parking
On-site parking is limited to two vehicles per unit rental.
