- 50% of the total amount is required as a deposit and to guarantee the reservation.
- The remaining 50% can be paid at any time prior to arrival or at check-in at the hotel.
- Additional services, including romantic dinners and romantic decoration packages, must be paid in full 5 days prior to the guest's reservation date.
- No refunds will be given if the service is cancelled without a minimum of 3 days notice prior to the day of the reservation.
- If the reservation included one of the above additional services and is cancelled the same day of check-in, no credit will be issued to repeat this service for a later date.

- All cancellations are non-refundable 24 hours after booking confirmation.
- If the reservation is confirmed with 50% deposit and the guest chooses to cancel within the 24 hour period, a credit card transaction fee of 10% will be deducted from the total deposit refund.
- Reservations can be rescheduled for future dates at no additional charge if confirmed 72 hours prior to the date of your reservation, subject to availability at the hotel.
- If a reservation is cancelled without 72 hours notice prior to the reservation, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged. The cancellation fee applies to the total price of the reservation.
- Reservations can be cancelled and modified once.
- If the reservation is cancelled a second time, the reservation credit (original deposit) will not be considered valid for future use.
- The reservation deposit will not be refunded if cancelled after check-in or in case of no-show.
- If the guest does not show for the reservation or cancels on the same day of the reservation, the remaining 50% of the total reservation price will be charged. No credit will be issued for future use.
- Please contact the hotel directly for availability to use the facilities for a certain number of hours without a reservation for that night.
- Daypass services cannot be booked online and are not always available.
- If you have a reservation for the night and plan to bring additional guests for use of the facilities for a specified number of hours, an additional fee will apply. Please contact the hotel directly for more information on pricing and availability of this service.

- Early check-in is permitted before 3:00 pm, our usual check-in time, starting at 12:00 pm.
- The hotel does not allow early check-in to the hotel premises before 12:00 pm.
- If you arrive at the hotel before check-in time (12-3 pm) we will provide you with a safe place to store your luggage or surfboards, so that you can enjoy the facilities while check-in time arrives.
- The hotel allows guests with a room reservation to use the facilities until 2:00 PM, at the latest, after room check-out at 12 pm.
- The hotel does not allow use of the facilities after 2 PM.
- No alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages, bottles, food or external coolers are allowed.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- There are no refunds of deposits for cancelled reservations, unless it is cancelled within the 24 hours prior to confirming the reservation.
- There are no refunds for unused services on package sales.
- There are no refunds for missing non-essential items such as internet, cable, air conditioning, hot tubs, swimming pools, televisions, washer/dryer, microwaves and other convenience items. However, we will make every reasonable effort to have these items repaired as soon as possible. There are no refunds for emergency recalls
- No refunds will be issued for changes in weather conditions.
- These policies are subject to change by our management and without notice, although we undertake to post them on our website www.paradisesurfhotel.com.
- The hotel is not responsible for stolen, damaged or lost items.
- Items missing from the room after check-out will be charged to the card provided if not returned.

- Si el huésped no se presenta a la reserva o cancela su reserva el mismo dia que esta programada, se cobrará el 50% restante del precio total de la reservacion. No se emitira ningun credito para uso futuro.

Terms and Conditions
Paradise Surf Hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is only permitted outside the rooms in open areas. Guests are not allowed in the kitchen for personal use. The restaurant with will provide you with a menu, and all your food and beverage needs from 7 am - 9 pm each day.
Refunds: There are No refunds due to the failure of non-essential items such as internet, cable, air conditioners, hot water, hot tubs, pools, TVs, washer/dryers, microwaves or other convenience items. However, we will make every reasonable effort to have such items repaired or replaced as quickly as possible.Pets: Sorry, No pets are allowed on the premises and no refunds will be issued in the case that guests present at check-in with pets.
The restaurant will open to the public, depending on availability, and we recommend for you to call the hotel prior to your arrival, as we also rent the whole property, in which case it will be closed to the public.
To ensure the safety of our customers the following is recommended: Please help supervise children on decks, restaurant's stairs, balconies, and all areas. Any area could be a risk to a child in general. Use of the pool is at your own risk. Ensure keeping your car locked; the hotel is not responsible for any lost belongings in cars or other areas of the hotel. The hotel is not responsible for children.
Do not allow your children to swim alone in the sea, the currents are quite strong and they could be dragged by them.
Do not drink tap water; tap water in the hotel is not recommended for drinking.
Beware consumption of some raw dishes, cooked medium, or allergies due to seasoning.
The hotel is not responsible for damage, robberies, or accidents in the hotel.The hotel is not responsible for any accidents that may occur, for not following the above suggestions.
Paradise Surf Hotel es un hotel no-humo. Sólo se permite fumar fuera de las habitaciones en zonas abiertas. No se permite a los huéspedes entrar en la cocina para uso personal. El restaurante le proporcionará un menú y todas sus necesidades de comida y bebida de 7 am a 9 pm cada día.
